I have been to this location a number of times because it is the closest to my family. I have to admit though every time I walk through the door I have been disappointed. I always have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes regardless of what time I arrive or what my problem is. I've also run into a number of problems where the person checking in after explaining my problem they signed me in and after waiting 30+ minutes I find out that I do not have something that I need for the person is not able to help me with my problem. I must admit every time I go to the store it makes me want to cancel my service completely. If you are able to try another location nearby I recommend avoiding this one altogether. I have never had a good experience at the store.

As a consumer, it's insulting to know that I was treated this way and received this information after several attempts to remedy your faults with our systems.
