After setting up my phones by myself I get home and try to access the internet, not surprised I couldn't..I go back down to the store and the manager (who was busy messing with the girls) looks at the other employee and says "you didn't set up the internet?" I told him no, he did not help me do anything. Finally after a few minutes I had my internet and was on my way. I sincerely hope this is the last time I have to deal with this company, if I need any other help I will drive to St. George, UT and get help from a Sprint/Nextel store there. They did throw in a couple car chargers as an incentive to buy our phones from them.

This guy violated Apple's own policy about support and device care…read more Apple's site says: "Never give your Apple Account password, device passcode, or account security details to anyone else. Neither Apple nor Apple Authorized Service Providers will ask for this information. For some software support, you might be asked to enter your device passcode or Apple Account password. Always remain present while the technician has access to your device." https://support.apple.com/en-us/102868 I was there at Apple Support's recommendation after my watch wouldn't turn on. By the time I arrived, it said "recovery mode" (which it hadn't said up to that point). This guy started a device recovery process (software update, etc) without asking my permission, then charged me $20 without telling me ahead of time that I would be charged for that button pushing. THEN he told me I couldn't stop the process or leave without corrupting the software leaving me responsible for whatever was wrong after that point and essentially voiding my Apple warranty. He asked me for my phone passcode (and I unfortunately gave it to him trusting he knew what he was doing). Note Apple's policy above ("Neither Apple nor Apple Authorized Service Providers will ask for this information.") Then he said I could leave for the 90+ minutes it would take for the software update but that I'd have to leave my phone. I declined stating that I would not be leaving my unlocked phone (to which he also now knew the passcode). He scoffed at me. Per Apple: "Always remain present while the technician has access to your device." So, he doesn't respect Apple's own policies as an Apple Authorized Support Provider, and he's shady as crap about charging without giving you a chance to decline. I reported the incident to Apple. Also, my watch is still malfunctioning.

I spoke to Carla, who texted me several pictures of the phone cases they had in stock at the store and the cases they had inside the Rancho swap meet. My first impression of Carla was that she was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond her job requirement. They didn't have an Otter box brand iPhone case, but they had a comparable one, so I went by the store to buy something. iPhones are a piece of glass, making them too fragile to carry without a case. Even if I had to purchase a cheap case to hold me over until I received an official Otter box, I would do that. When I arrived at the store, Carla showed me the case, and it was essentially an Otter box without the brand name, so I purchased it for around 40.00, about 25.00 less than an Otter box. I also got a privacy screen protector, which prevents other people from seeing my screen from the side. The iPhone doctor cleaned my screen and meticulously secured my phone into the phone case like he was conducting surgery. I was impressed with everything and happy with my purchase! The phone case only comes with a two-month warranty compared to the one-year Otter Box warranty. However, I can tell my phone case will last a year or more from the construction. I returned to the iPhone Doctor because Siri would not respond to me. I thought the iPhone case blocked the microphone, so she couldn't hear me. I had a software issue, which made sense because I couldn't send audio notes. I recently called Apple because my do-not-disturb function would not prevent non-contacts from ringing my iPhone. The lady informed me that it would take approximately 30 minutes to diagnose, and if they couldn't fix it, I wouldn't get charged, so I waited in the lobby. The iPhone doctor fixed the issue, Siri responded to me, and the other phone issues I had disappeared. I got charged 35.00, plus tax, the minimum repair fee. I am shocked at the rating of this location because I received 5-star service both times I came, and the staff were all super pleasant! I noticed many reviews concerning broken iPhones, and as I stated before, it is unwise to have an iPhone without durable protection because it is a piece of slippery glass. A drop can be devastating to your precious device! Buying an iPhone case will save you plenty of heartache and prevent you from taking your device to the doctor to get fixed or, in some cases, resurrected. I highly recommend the iPhone Doctor, and I will return if my baby, Shameka, needs anything.
