I contacted the iPhone Doctor for an Otter box for my iPhone. I planned to attend a Saturday night concert but refused to leave without protection for Shameka ( my iPhone's name). I spoke to Carla, who texted me several pictures of the phone cases they had in stock at the store and the cases they had inside the Rancho swap meet. My first impression of Carla was that she was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond her job requirement. They didn't have an Otter box brand iPhone case, but they had a comparable one, so I went by the store to buy something. iPhones are a piece of glass, making them too fragile to carry without a case. Even if I had to purchase a cheap case to hold me over until I received an official Otter box, I would do that. When I arrived at the store, Carla showed me the case, and it was essentially an Otter box without the brand name, so I purchased it for around 40.00, about 25.00 less than an Otter box. I also got a privacy screen protector, which prevents other people from seeing my screen from the side. The iPhone doctor cleaned my screen and meticulously secured my phone into the phone case like he was conducting surgery. I was impressed with everything and happy with my purchase! The phone case only comes with a two-month warranty compared to the one-year Otter Box warranty. However, I can tell my phone case will last a year or more from the construction. I returned to the iPhone Doctor because Siri would not respond to me. I thought the iPhone case blocked the microphone, so she couldn't hear me. I had a software issue, which made sense because I couldn't send audio notes. I recently called Apple because my do-not-disturb function would not prevent non-contacts from ringing my iPhone. The lady informed me that it would take approximately 30 minutes to diagnose, and if they couldn't fix it, I wouldn't get charged, so I waited in the lobby. The iPhone doctor fixed the issue, Siri responded to me, and the other phone issues I had disappeared. I got charged 35.00, plus tax, the minimum repair fee. I am shocked at the rating of this location because I received 5-star service both times I came, and the staff were all super pleasant! I noticed many reviews concerning broken iPhones, and as I stated before, it is unwise to have an iPhone without durable protection because it is a piece of slippery glass. A drop can be devastating to your precious device! Buying an iPhone case will save you plenty of heartache and prevent you from taking your device to the doctor to get fixed or, in some cases, resurrected. I came to this place on a Saturday and paid $80 cash to get my daughter's screen fixed. It got fixed and about four days later, a crack appeared in it, no dropping, no nothing just appeared. I came back because I assume it would be under warranty and they said cracks are not under warranty, but they did a crappy job putting a new screen if it cracks without dropping it and that's a fact. I went to get my IPhone XS Max front phone screen fixed at the Charleston and Lamb location. The initial issue was that I had dropped my phone on my concrete driveway and a green line appeared no other cracks or damages resulted from the fall. I had a "cheap" SHEIN case and a complimentary screen protector that I got from the mall which both had worked perfectly fine for me up to this point. I took it to this place because I seen an ad on tiktok for it. BIG MISTAKE. The sales associate who was in the front was an older lady who was bedazzling a phone case she had a thick accent and was quite rude and short with me. She said they had to fix my "LCD" and it'll take about 15 minutes. I waited and paid around 125 dollars. My phone was fine and I left mostly satisfied despite the fact she was trying to upsell me on ugly "extra protective" phone cases with knock off luxury brand logos. I politely declined and left. That same night my phone fell onto literal grass from knee height and completely shattered. I went back the next day and expressed what happened and if the 30 day insurance she mentioned covered it the same lady told me it was "user error" and that maybe if my phone case wasn't so cheap and if I would've bought the ones she recommended it wouldn't have broken. I said there's nothing you can do for me and she gave me a mere 10 dollars off but charged me for a new screen protector so I ended up paying full price anyway which was around what I paid the first time. And after that I had problems with my phone lagging super bad, freezing, the screen being completely black but I can still hear my notifications going off, I can still activate Siri with my side button and can hear when I take screen shots my screen is dark and unresponsive until it just decides to work again. I'm still dealing with issues months later as this was in May and it is now November. What a complete sorry excuse of a business so terrible and unhelpful. And I will never ever bring my products here or recommend them. And despite what the manager says as I've read from other reviews on here I am not a competitor or someone being paid to write this or someone who has nothing to do with their time. I went into the store with an iPhone that had a cracked screen, or at least what I thought was a cracked screen. The gentleman helping me looked it up and said it would be 399 to fix it. Then he said wait a second and took a closer look and it was actually only my screen protector that was cracked. He could've very easily charged me the full amount to fix my phone. For under 20 bucks I got a new screen protector and walked out in less than 10 minutes with a phone that's good to go. Thursday at 11am: we brought the iPhone in after we changed the screen and it was heating up. Wanted them to check if overheating is due to new screen. Told us we'll hear back at 5pm and charged us $27. Front lady didn't want to hear our story or listen to what we wanted done. No call by 6pm. We called front lady said the tech hasn't looked it at yet. Friday at 12pm: called again. Tech still hasn't looked it yet and asked for password which we told the front lady it already. She didn't bother writing it down. @6pm, I called again to check. Still asking for password for lockscreen. I asked what's wrong with it. Tech said nothing. I asked what about the overheating? No answer. What about the speaker not working? "Oh that's $100 and will take a week". Wow, I didn't know changing a speaker takes a week when done by a "pro". This was about when I realized what I'm dealing with: incompetent. I don't entirely blame the workers. I blame the owners who don't have the ability nor capacity to manage their business. Pleasantly surprised by the quick service. My IPad wouldn't charge, so I brought it in and dropped it off. 3 hours later they had diagnosed the problem, AND could have it repaired in 20 minutes. I bought a battery online for my Samsung phone, only to discover that users are now actively discouraged from changing their own batteries. I went to the Rancho store, only to be told the Samsung guy was already gone but would be there the next day. I started to drive over after I got off work the next day but thought I had better call first. Well, Samsung guy left at noon but he would be there all day the next day. I drove down after work the next day and they seemed pretty reluctant to even take my phone and work on it. Guy said it would take an hour. I asked if I could leave it and pick it up in the morning. He told me they are open at 10 and it would be ready. The next morning I made my third trip down to Rancho. I took my phone to get the screen fixed and wound up with a no good phone. First the screen they gave me was cracked where the front camera was so I couldn't FaceTime. When I brought it back to be replaced I had to wait 3 hours just for it to be approved. I ended up leaving it for a few hours as I had business to take care of. When I came back he told me my home button didn't work and needed to replace it. Now I can't use my fingerprint and all my sensitive apps that I can't remember the password to I'm unable to open them. On top of that I can not trade the phone in now because the home button is not original costing me up to $180 in trade in value. Quick service. Very polite and honest. My iPhone 6S plus wasn't charging correctly and I thought that the terminal was damaged. It turns out it was just dirty. Called store they said they was taking a break and come back at 430pm . I return at 5pm and my phone was partially fixed , they said they needed more money to fix it . I took my iPhone 10 XS to have the back replaced. After an hour and a half they called to say it was ready to pick up but said since the phone was dropped they had to disable the camera. The phone was working completely fine before they "fixed" it. I wished I had read the reviews first, because they are all correct. I paid $140.00 for a repair that actually resulted in them breaking it. They tried saying the phone had a charging issue and the camera did not work and turns off and on nonstop now. My iPhone had no issues before they replaced the back and now I am without a phone and it takes 2+ weeks to get one. I took it to Apple and they said they destroyed the mainframe computer and it can't be fixed. Apple stated the back SHOULD NEVER be removed and obviously they don't know what they are doing. This would be a -10 star experience if it were possible. If anyone wants to know, I'll describe my experience below. The TLDR version is that I left the store after 3 weeks and my drone has not been fixed. They charged me $40 and did not refund it, for parts and labor. No parts ever arrived, and the only labor that was done was a diagnostic test. No one ever called me to update me. Just to be clear, if they'd been calling me with updates, I'd have left the drone there to be fixed eventually. My frustration is that I was never called even once. They didn't order anything till I called. They didn't try to fix anything till I called. Why am I having to call, and then the utter contempt for me to not even have a real talk when I requested a full refund, just an apathetic no. I dropped off the drone and was told I'd receive a call in 1-2 days to report the diagnostic result and how much it would cost. 4 days later I called. They had done the diagnostic test, but no one cared to call. I was told the cost again and asked if I wanted to order the parts. I said yes, and told them I wished they'd called sooner because I told them up front I was trying to have this repaired ASAP and would send it to someone else if I needed to for faster repair. I was told I'd get a call when the parts came in. I asked them to call me when they got a tracking number for the parts so that I had an ETA. They agreed. After another few days, I called back. They said they needed to talk to the manager. I called the next day, they said the parts haven't shipped yet. Seemed to me like they didn't order them yet. I can't prove it, so I beg them to call me back when there is a tracking number. I call back a couple days later and they say the parts should arrive between Tuesday and Thursday the following week. I ask them to call when they arrive. On Thursday I called back, and they said they got the parts but only half of them arrived. I told them I asked for a phone call and wish I had known the status. They said the parts are on back order. I asked if they had any info on it and they said they'd have to talk to the manager. I asked for a phone call first thing Friday morning to update me, please! On Monday morning I called, they said they'll give me a full refund (I paid $265). I got to the store and they refunded me $225, claiming if they refunded me more they would take away from the parts and labor. I told them, respectfully I understand and I'd pay for that but there were no parts, and since I called every single time, the only labor seemed to be the diagnostic. The manager, Tanya, just blatantly lied when I complained about never receiving a phone call. She claimed "we don't do phone calls here." I'm not sure what kind of move that is, but she had nothing else to say about it when I told her I was promised a call 6 times, just shrugged until I was done talking. I took my partial refund, and left the store after 3 weeks of doing over half the work on my own drone, and having to pay $40 for it. If the owner of this establishment is concerned, I would like to reach out to you for any clarification. The actual drone techs were nice. The rest of the store staff seemed so miserable whether on the phone or in person, that I was rightly concerned with how this would play out. read more

SCAMMERS!! Stay away from this business!! Never go for a ''Water Damage Treatment'' they'll just rip you off. I strongly regret not having listened to the bad reviews they already had. They were extremely rude since the beginning, with no reason, providing the poorest customer service I've ever experienced. The phone still worked and was physically flawless when I dropped it off. They told me to change the screen, battery, and front camera. When I went to pick up the phone didn't work, so they offered a ''refund'' (which didn't include the sale taxes). Then, they returned the phone with a totally cracked screen. They said they had got rid of the old parts and were not able to get my screen back. But the real cherry on the pie was that I realize the phone was actually empty. They swore the battery was inside before opening it, but guess what, they were returning the phone not only with a cracked screen, but also without battery nor front camera (as you can see in the picture). The owner didn't wanna show his face, and the manager is the rudest lady I've ever met. They were not opened to dialog and hang me up the phone twice. When I went to the main office they called the police and ask them to gimme a warning. They are legally covered by the huge receipt they print with a couple of clauses that they staple so you can't even look at it (look at the picture). And I know this's gonna seem funny, but I just found out the ''refund'' was actually a CHARGE which I'm now trying to dispute with my card company. As a summary, there's only one thing I suggest to you about this business: stay away from it. do not feed those scammers' pockets and get a better service anywhere else. read more

I went to get my IPhone screen repair and the repair was fast but right after I left I received a call and noticed when I answered that people stated that they couldn't hear me, took phone back to IPhone Doctor and the guy was nice but the only answer he had was that "it was just weird" that he only replaced the screen and that there was no other reason for me to have any other kinds of problems. I paid $139.00 and had to end up taking the phone to Apple, there I had to paid another $150.00 to get a screen that actually would work, Apple said that the screen comes with the transceiver and because the low quality that the third party screens are made is the reason of why people can't hear me.
