    Nice people. Wireless network is great. Fairly quick to help even when busy. On staff manager was reasonable.

    I went into the Hampton location today to speak with someone about my tablet,Ms Ashley attended to…read moreme.She took pride and genuine concern about my problem.She looked and found out what it was with the tablet, fixed it.They made me feel like I should when I came to their business,I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a computer or phone, tablet problem, they're great.She even went about and beyond to help me get back some of my grandkids baby pics so I could download them to my tablet that was priceless .     My experience with repair shop has been very unsatisfying. I initially traded in a laptop for…read moreanother from the shop. The following day, I had to return it because it was defective and unfixable. So, the owner gave me another laptop to replace that one. It is now 6 months later after getting it, I had to return that. He says that it needed more memory because he's the expert I followed his advise and paid additional money. Then upon calling him to get an update, he states that it might be a hard drive issue. I didn't get the laptop back same day as promised. Then he explains that it's a driver issue the updates from HP are not compatible with the laptop. He was unable to tell me year and model of the laptop. However, he says he has a fix for it. I pick up the laptop and the graphics are horrible and look very outdated. This has been most inconvenient as I work from home. I have essentially lost 2+ work days and have an outdated computer. Unacceptable!

    Lots of issues and confusion trying to move from one carrier to T-mobile, but the two people I am…read moregoing to mention at this location, made everything worth it. I went to this store on several occasions. First visit I saw David. He saw how elated I was when I entered, and how my whole demeanor changed when he gave me the bad news that the phones I wanted were not in stock. He was very sympathetic to my needs, he tried to help as best he could and even other employees joined in the search to help to locate phones without being asked. After several chats and calls to T-MobiIe to try to order the phones online, unfortunately I was told that I would have to go back to the store to order the phones because their computers were down. I had to call the store to confirm David would be there, as he knew the situation. David told me that he would not be in on the day I was scheduled to return, but he would make sure that he documents my file so that someone else would be able to take care of me. My second visit was that same week. I met with Nikki. She was aware of my situation as soon as she met me at the door. She knew exactly why I was there and immediately began to work on ordering my phones. I was there for awhile, but she was able to set up everything, and explained everything to me that would take place. Nikki was very friendly, approachable and made sure she dotted her i's and crossed her t's to make sure I receive all info for the account and she had to reiterate several times to me (all new to me) what would happen next. I would encourage anyone with any issues, concerns or interest in joining the T-Mobile family to visit this store. I look forward to my business with T-Mobile.
