This store is terrible. They convinced us to switch accounts to a business account assuring us it would be cheaper, and it ended up cancelling all previous promotions we had on our accounts resulting in us paying hundreds of dollars for the cost of devices. Verizon as a whole locks you in by getting you to sign 36-56 month long contracts but this store's employees are not good. They are untruthful and we will not be going back. read more

My husband and I came to this location to purchase a new cell phone for me. I had waited so long to replace my old phone that it had basically become non-operational because of its old technology. We knew exactly the phone I wanted and called before making the trip to the store. They indicated they had two in stock. When we entered we were promptly greeted by an employee who wished to help us. We told her we wanted a Kyocera Sapphire and she went to the back room to retrieve it. Then my husband indicated it was a replacement for my current phone. The employee offered to transfer the data from my old phone to the new one and I told her I didn't think she would be able to because my phone was so outdated. She wanted to try so I produced my hardly used, looked like new, flip phone from 2003. All the employees got a chuckle when they saw the phone. After a brief try she agreed she would not be able to transfer the pics and contacts. That was fine with me. After a quick update of our info and paying for the phone we were out the door. I LOVE my new phone! Watch out YELP I've now entered the smart phone era and can start taking pictures, checking in, and YELPING on the go. My daughter and grandson already are impressed at how fast I've learned to text, attach emojis and stamps and email via my phone. read more

I'll start off with this....Steve and Lacey are terrific! I have had a Blackberry Key One on my 2nd line since 2017. When the phone broke I sent it to Blackberry for repair. Because it is an unlocked phone, when i got it back from Blackberry NO ONE at Verizon online (level 2 techs) could get it re-activated. After going back and forth with Blackberry about the repair, I called in again to Verizon and spoke to Kevin, another level 2 tech. He told me it was as simple as taking a PRE_Authorized/connected sim card from a phone that Verizon supports and THEN pop it in the Blackberry unlocked Key One. I told him I would head over to my nearest Verizon store here in louisville the next day and THIS is where it gets great. Before Kevin even called there to guide this process, we ran into a problem. We did not have a phone to use (you can't use the demo phones)..So Steven takes my BB sim card, pops it into his PERSONAL phone, gets it connected then pops it into my Key One. Voila..Instant connection. Kevin had called into the store while this was happening and listened to the whole process. Now I ask you...in this day and age who takes that initiative to help a customer?....Steven absolutely did....and Lacey, the store Manager, also helped, approved and watched the whole thing..... I returned and iPad, Apple Watch and earbuds 3 days ago because I was flat out lied too and still don't have my refund posted to my credit card. This store is borderline criminal, all because a Jamal (sales rep) was not honest. I have spent hours dealing with this and highly recommend you do not go to this store. The owner even replied with a BS response that that they dont want bad experiences but when I replied to her I never heard back. I have disputed the charge with the bank and will continue to post reviews until I get my money back. read more

It's amazing how customer service works. We've been Verizon Wireless customers for over 22 years and one five minute interaction with unkempt, gum-smacking, arrogant Aaron at this Norton Browsnboro store had us searching for new providers on our 45 minute drive home! It's not just one bad egg...the store manager was there, too, so brace yourself to be treated poorly with eye-rolls, cheep shots about products they bragged about three years ago and recommendations to shift you off your current plan without regard to your needs. We walked in prepared to spend $2k on new phones, but I knew we had to abort when arrogant Aaron told me he had to remove the screen protector from my phone or he would lose his job. We were there to talk about options and he tries to peel off the protector! I sure would like to understand why Verizon sold us that in the first place! I don't look forward to shopping for and testing signal for a new cell phone provider, but after so long with one company perhaps it's time to find someone that cares about the $4k a year we spend. read more

I waited for over 20 mins after I checked in. Left the store. Of course this was after I saw 2 people from the back come out. One was a manager both ignored me. Plus there were 2 people behind me. One trainee that could only type your number into their queue system and was worthless!!! LOST SALE!! Instead I got to see the clerk peddling $30 cases that cost $10 on Amazon and trying to sell him cords and every other accessory. So instead he lost out on a new purchase of a phone and a new purchase of a MiFi card I hope the $30 cover was worth it. read more

I have always had exceptional service from all of the associates at this location. I usually go to this location because of this. Let's face it, dealing with a cell phone provider isn't usually fun, but these folks have made it a good experience for me every time I have had to visit. read more

Terrible customer service. I've been in this store three times in the past two weeks to upgrade phones and all 3 times I've left frustrated and wanting to switch carriers all together. Went to the store to get a SIM card to add a "bring your own" device to my account. I was told it would be $40/month, not $15/month like the other devices on my line. Was told they no longer offer the $25/month discount that I'm getting on my other lines. Then they tried to offer me a change in plans that would make the phone being added $20/month, with no mention of what that would do to the rest of my bill. Went home and added the device online for $15/month and the SIM card is being sent to my house for free. It's one thing to try and up-sell, but to completely deny / lie about legitimate service choices is not acceptable. read more

I went to the store the day after Thanksgiving to get the S5 deal. The customer representative asked what he can help me with. I told him about my goal of coming to the store and I would like to know what he can offer to me since I have been with Verizon for 2 years already. I have been paying $87 for one line with 2 GB. With that, I felt like I have been paying too much. He advised that he can offer me 3 options. 1. Lower my monthly bill by taking 50% off. 2. Eliminate the $35 upgrade fee. 3. I don't remember because I'm not very interesting in it. However, the first two seems to be a good deal to me. So I questioned him about the option 1. I asked him over and over again about the option 1. I want to make sure he is telling me that I will get 50% off my entire bill. He said "YES". My husband and I looked at each other and still not sure if that is true. So I asked him again, "Are you sure?" He said "Yes.". I questioned him again because I am not 100% sure of what he is saying to me. So I asked, "Right now, I'm paying $87. If I take that option, how much my bill is going to be?" He said, "Your bill should be around $40ish". I remembered everything he said to me at that time. However, what the representative told me wasn't true. I got the bill from Verizon. I was shocked to the amount I'm going to pay. It wasn't 50% off my entire bill. So I called the customer service, they informed me that the 50% off is for my access line and not the entire bill. I told them that is not what the customer representative told me on that day. They advised me to call the location. I called the location and spoke to the manager. From what he told me is not what I want to hear. He said, "I spoke to the representative worked with you on that day, he said that he told you 50% off was for the access line". Oh really!!!! I have my husband there with me. We have asked him multiple of time to make sure and his answer is always yes. And now he is saying differently. I feel like this is not the way you serve your customer. I don't feel safe to come back again to the same location. I have been giving wrong information and now they are not taking the responsibility. The manager doesn't seem to care about his customer. Last but not least, the trust is what important and I felt like I can't trust this location anymore. read more
