Yesterday and Today went to GoWireless (Verizon Authorized Retailer) at the Parker Ranch Center in Kamuela. My overall experience both times have been amazing and from having to be a customer from various Cell service providers/retailers, this has been the most positive if not best experiences I've ever had to date. Maile was my rep both times and I cannot describe in words of how wonderful and amazing of a rep she is. She is very knowledgeable, caring, funny, and her willingness to help you is nothing short but incredible. She is outgoing and her positive personality is infectious. She is exactly what you would want out of a customer service rep and when you have her as a rep you would hope that when you go to other places, other employees will be just like her. Her priorities to help her customers knows no bounds and she will go beyond to make sure you get everything you need. If you are a Verizon customer or deciding to become one, if you live in the area, I highly recommend you go here and if you want the experience I had, you personally seek out Maile as your rep. Wow, what more could I say about this store and my customer rep......I made an appointment, just to make it more convenient for me. As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed as tho I had known these girls all my life. Anastasia ( Maile ) was my customer service rep, she is absolutely awesome, personality plus!!!!! She went over and above when it came to customer service, helping in every way to set me up with exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out within an hour with a new phone, case and glass protector, which she installed and all my apps,contact and everything else transferred over! Yesterday I went in with a problem that I had with a phone that I had just purchased at closing Thursday night. After Ikaika was unable to help me come to an agreed solution, he referred me to his manager, Clint. Clint made several calls to his superior on my behalf before making a call that secured me as a Verizon customer. Adea, who had originally sold me the phone was able to close me out. My experience with her on Thursday night is the smoothest, most convenient I have had with Verizon in the 8 years that I have been a costumer. Stopped by to look for a phone and was helped immediately by the most generous Maile. She has a wealth of knowledge and was able to pick out exactly what I needed. She made the process so wonderful and took care of everything. I left with everything set up and all the resources I needed. She was so transparent about the whole thing and explained all the paperwork etc. for me. This woman is a 10 out of 10 she has the best attitude and an abundance of aloha! Anastasia is a super woman however she needs to have adequate support ..it was undoubtedly obvious she is fast friendly and a great multi -tasker . Ive been to this location twice and both times ive worked with maile. Both occasions needed a new phone and she was able to run all the options down for me giving me the best and fastest deal. On top of that after i was finished with my second visit I went to my truck and realized i had left my lights on killing the battery i went back inside and asked her if she could give me a jump start on my truck and she was more than happy to do so. I really appreciate the hard work that they do. They work 12h shifts, and they hardly catch a brake. They treated me as if we were family! I recommend to go check them out. I rarely ever need help being a computer wiz and all!! But Kekoa and John sure did help me through my struggles with my phone. I have a pre paid cellular device and no other store wanted to assist me but they took their time to throughly listen to my problems and efficiently solve them. I had to come in and get a new phone as I dropped mine in water, the rice trick no work, so I had to get a new one, two of the employees there really helped with making sure I knew what I was getting. Also was in an out so I could go get lunch with my aunty, guy's also helped me save a few bucks, they know their stuff there, great for a guy who's got little to no experience with that sort of technology. read more
