Lupe was so awesome!!!! I have been with Verizon for about 15 years and have never received such good service. I really wanted to get my son a Gizmo watch for Christmas but I was late to the game and they were backordered until mid January online. I went to the Twin Falls Verizon and they only wanted to see me the $200 Gizmo watch. I stopped into this store just to see. They didn't have it in stock, but Lupe called their other stores until he found one. He found it at their Burley, ID store. He drove to Burley that night to get it and walked me through setting it up the next day! This will be my sons first taste of freedom and it's all because Lupe cared enough to take the time to help me. He even offered to help me pair my Apple watch to my new phone. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are lying and manipulating their customers. When I called the assistant manager she justified their lying and stealing to their customers by saying all customers want their case and screen protectors. I never asked for either one. Of course she said there is no refunds on accessories so I will be calling corporate and I will get my money back. This is ridiculous. Do not go here. They are liars and thieves.

I'm Randa Briggs from Jerome, ID. I went in to Mybullfrog.com in Jerome and I needed help getting into the new generation of phones. I was scared to get into a smart phone, but they got me an iPhone 5C, and worked hard to teach me how to use it. I now go in the Jerome store whenever I need help, and they are fantastic.
