BEING AWESOME IN LIFE AFFECTS MORE PEOPLE THAN YOU KNOW, Episode #060492…read more Around three weeks ago I smashed the screen of my Galaxy S9+ into a corner of a cabinet in my attempt to catch the device as it slipped out of my hand and headed to the floor. The device's protective case does little to protect the screen from blunt force trauma when the screen itself receives a rather significant direct pinpoint impact with the corner of hard object. The device probably would have been fine if I had just let it hit the floor, but my wanna be ninja reflexes tried to stop it's decent and caused more damage in the save. needless to say, I failed my reflex save. The phone is two years old but it still serves me well and most likely last a few more years. Instead of getting a new phone, which I would have to pay for the cracked screen anyway, I chose to just get this one fixed. Stacy, and several folks we know, have had much success with a local place called the Cell Phone Doctor. (I recommend booking an appointment. They are quite busy. You can book an appointment through their Facebook page. They respond within a couple of hours) I booked my appointment as Fritz Ling. When I paid my bill I provided my full name. Upon hearing the name the owner stopped what he was doing, looked at me with a slightly tilted head, and asked, "Do you know Samantha Fotovich?" I smiled, then responded, "Just a little bit. She's my oldest niece of all five of my favorite nieces. Matter of fact, just this last November my Wife and I officiated her wedding as we made her and Austin promise to be exceptional to each other forever and be best friends for life." "She teaches my son, Rami. You tell her I said Hi and that Rami misses her very much." He then directed his attention towards the cashier and said, "Go ahead and give him the 10% family discount." P.S. The establishment REGULARLY wiped down the door, the door handle, credit card machine, and anything else which came in contact with human touch. I felt extremely safe waiting for my device to be repaired while reading me some Chuck Gannon.)

Every time I had to go here or call here I have always been treated like I was the most important…read moresituation and given 100% attention. It's like every time I go in there they have a new selection of cases watch bands and a lot of other things... I have even seen new technology that helps you with other items that they sell. I used to be an android user and when I first switched to Apple products I was taken away by how much more they cost than an android device did, however I soon realized that they last a 100 times longer than any android I have ever purchased. Example, I would've had to repurchase at least 3 of the android phones in the time I had my first iPhone and to be honest I only did a trade in then because I liked the upgrade that came out that time better than what I had at the moment, other than that my phone was still going strong. Never going back to android ever again.

My second visit to the so called Genius bar in about 3 months, first one for was for a battery for…read moremy iphone, service was ok, had to wait 2 hours even after making an appointment, however when I got my phone back the new battery was only 25 percent charged. You would think if you purchase a new battery it would be charged ( at least I expected it to be) Now today I went because my apple watch would not pair with my phone, the person I got had no more knowledge about the issue than I did. So I just left and came home and deleted both phone and watch and restored and fixed the issue. I expected the 'genius' to have some answer about how to get the issue resolved without having to delete both devices and spend two hours getting them restored, but no such luck. I can't recommend using this store for service.

Summary: Disappointing Experience with AT&T Tech: Mustaqeem Williams…read more Manager: Austin What began as a simple internet upgrade request turned into a nightmare with AT&T. The follow-up technician who visited our home used high-pressure tactics to convince us to switch from T-Mobile, despite that not being our original intent at all. This representative deliberately built rapport by discussing church and religious topics to gain our trust. After establishing this false connection, he pressured us into changing carriers with promises that have proven entirely false. We were assured AT&T would pay off our T-Mobile accounts, yet we've received no reimbursement cards. We're now stuck paying both carriers out of pocket with little hope of ever seeing the promised compensation. Customer service has been non-existent. Phone representatives claim they can't help with our specific issues. We even visited the corporate office seeking assistance, but the manager was unavailable and never returned our calls despite promises to do so. What should have been a straightforward internet upgrade has become a costly mistake. AT&T's deceptive sales tactics and complete lack of follow-through have created significant financial strain for our family. WARNING TO OTHERS: Do not fall for this gimmick! Be extremely cautious when AT&T representatives use personal topics like religion to establish rapport or make promises of carrier payoffs and seamless transitions. These tactics appear to be designed to manipulate customers into switching services with no intention of honoring the commitments made. Protect yourself and your finances by getting all promises in writing and researching other customers' experiences before making any changes to your service.

Showed me what they had, brought out accessories for me to choose from, explained what discounts were offered at that time. She let me know what else they have but didn't try to push me into anything. She's very polite, professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I'm extremely satisfied with my new phone and the customer service l received. I'll always check if she's there before I go to that store In the future.
