This store needs to be investigated for scamming people sales person lied and misrepresented a…read morespecial I was told she would make up and add a line and fake number to lower my monthly bill then I get charged for the line and number the manager and asst manager are horrible they took up for the sales rep who lied they were rude and unhelpful I will let everyone I know not to go to this store it's a shame they represent the company I have been loyal to for 13 years I will also make sure corporate office hears about this location and them taking advantage of people

This stores customer service just continues to amaze me. I confirmed my email appointment…read moreconfirmation 3 times in the past week. My appointment was scheduled for 4pm today with a manager of the store in Houma, LA. I showed up at 3:50pm for my appointment and the employee checking people in said that Myrtle was in the back and he would let her know that I am here. After waiting until 4:30pm I went and asked for her again. The employee went looking for her and came back and said that she was at lunch. I waited until 4:40pm for a manager with a scheduled appointment and the manager decides to take lunch when I clearly had an appointment set. What happened to customer service? This manager obviously doesn't appreciate my time and believes that hers is more valuable than the customers she serves for AT&T. Something needs to be done to correct the issues at this store.
