And here it continues from the Galliano AT&T Store experience, I want to say I am not very happy with AT&T Houma as a whole. After porting my lines thru the customer service I was instructed I could go in and receive my SIM cards that way I would have my phone active the same day and this is where the shit show begins. First it was Galliano Store and now Houma, very disappointed. Wayne and Eric at the tunnel location should really seek a new profession. As I was told I could get the SIM cards in store, I was greeted with rudeness And I believe instantly judged by my looks. Wayne then proceeded to try and sell me a new plan claiming that since it wasn't done there he could not give me the SIM cards. He asked questions about why we had two accounts and where did we work, what did we do. He was overly personal and no reason for him to ask such questions. I didn't refuse him when he asked for my drivers license, I didn't refuse any of his questions I answered everything that he asked and felt quite insulting that he did feel the need to ask these questions oh for SIM cards. He went to the back to speak with the Manager and when came back explained he could not give me the SIM cards cause the manager suspected it was "fraud". I brought my owned devices and I was labels fraud!! He had already seen the count that I had signed up earlier that day he already had seen my drivers license and scanned it he had already went into my account and saw everything why was I treated that way?!?! I left the store and call my good friend who is a manager at another location and explained to him what just had happened. He reached out to the AT&T store that I just left. and told me to go back to get my SIM cards. Once I returned it was more BS!! . Once again I was paired with Wayne who told me he could only give me one SIM card as all the other SIM cards were not scanned in. I received my 1 of 7 SIM card then told to go to the Southland mall location to try to get the rest as we needed our phones. I didn't get his name but I was told by a Caucasian slender man that "since he did not sell me the plan he can't give me a SIM card and he doesn't have any extra." After explaining to him what had happen he explained that he could not access my account after someone else opened it? What a load of bullshit. On top of being rude these people do not do their job or even want to assist people with such a simple transaction. I should have never ported over as at the time of writing this message I still do not have my SIM cards and my family is without their phones. If anyone needs to contact me through business, I don't have a phone! 1 of 7 phones work.....sadly not a very good experience for switching to AT&T, thanks for nothing Galliano and Houma. read more
