Then they put it on but the screen protector wasn't even the right kind for her phone. They didn't even check if it was the right one. Also worth noting we were a customer of their phone services before and we ended up switching away because cell service and signal was terrible. AVIOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want a terrible time. Update 6/26: Not even 3 months with it and the screen protector is already cracking at the edges and the case is falling apart. All because they didn't check if it was usable with her kind of phone. Honorable mention to the worst business practices - not just this incident, many others. That's right, this review isn't only about the bad equipment they give out. You're better off going to someone else.
