    I stood around waiting trying to buy a phone for 30+ minutes in this store and not only did no one…read moreever help me, no one even acknowledged my existence by telling me they would be with me soon. Then, some other people came in, ostentatiously stated "I don't feel like waiting," jumped the queue, and got immediately helped even though several other people were waiting as well. The guy working seemed not to have any sense of how much this annoyed me and the other people in line. I walked out without buying anything and took my business elsewhere. I know that in Hanover there's virtually no competition so people don't care about basic customer service, but the internet exists now too so there's really no reason to wait around hoping to be helped by people who couldn't care less.

Jeff was helping someone, but he greeted me right away and within minutes was giving a sympathetic ear to my tale of woe. The fix took over an hour, so I went shopping. When I returned, there were a couple of steps we had to do to complete the job, so I got to hang out and learn a little about Apple, the Cloud, earbuds... Closing time came and went, but he put the final touches on the repair without any negative 'tude at all. I left feeling happy and cared for, a little smarter, and with a tic-free tablet to boot. Did I mention that this didn't cost me a cent?

    If I could rate my Best Buy experience a -5 I would. One star is very generous. I purchased a new…read moreBosch induction range. It was delivered yesterday. The technicians who installed the unit left the property without installing the legs on the oven. My brand new $4300 oven now sits 5 inches below my counter and is unusable. They told my property manager I could use the oven, however, I called Bosch directly and they said it would damage the oven if it were used not properly ventilated. I spent over 3 1/2 hours trying to reach someone at the Lebanon Best Buy yesterday. Had I been able to easily reach someone after the delivery was made, they could have rerouted the technician back to my home and addressed the problem. I now have an oven without legs that I cannot use, and I am unable to reach anyone at Best Buy. I have reached out to a local appliance store who will deliver a new one to me in two days WITH legs and the oven from Best Buy will be returned. I should have gone directly to the other appliance store. Sometimes customer service is worth the extra few hundred dollars. Never again will I buy from Best Buy. Update: Still unable to reach anyone the following day. Truly unbelievable. Update 7/15/25 Still unable to reach anyone. The three photos posted of the new oven sitting on the floor are not showing up in my review belong to this review.

    The review of the Apple Store at the Mall of New Hampshire seem to be on two extremes, either…read more5-stars or 1-star. I can see how new employees, not properly trained, can wreak havoc on a customer's device, especially when one has driven long distances to seek assistance and instead get an "oh well" or a "call the non-support center" and wait six hours to get a human... Well, I did it in reverse and it worked. I tried the Apple "non-support Center" first and I got what I expected, hour-wait and a non-resolution of my problem. So then I ended up getting a Genius Bar appointment and had the luch of dealing with Justin, who apparently knows a lot about Apples. I arrived on time and went to the Genius Bar where I saw Justin, who although was waiting on three other people, had time to work with all of us. My issue was that somehow, different large movie apps and their gigabyte-sized files had created invisible grabs on my memory so my system memory (for an iPad) was 140GB. I had previously tried to first offload, then delete apps by the score, then erase and reformat from a backup but it didn't work. So came over here to get the scoop on how to redo it from scratch. Justin took me through the paces and it turned my system files from 140 GB down to 8. Exactly what I wanted. I left with a working piece of equipment. Prompt, courteous, good value.

Ray had excellent customer service. He tells you everything you need to know and showed me the results of diagnostic test! He is calm and thorough in his presentation. Thank you Ray for giving me continued confidence in Apple products!
