The newer younger staff that is here now, is by far more technologically efficient, honest, knowledgeable & helpful!!! Like other "posters" to this site, I was soooooo frustrated & allowed my frustration to keep me from returning here till I decided to try only ONCE more, out of desperation. To my surprise, there were no familiar faces & I almost walked out because of pitiful & less eager to help attitudes with past employees here. Well, to my DELIGHT, a young woman named Jessica approached me & got right to my long lasting problem with immediate problem solving skill & moves & involved an even more knowledgeable team member named Alex. These 2 made the perfect team & solved my horrible problems that took the span of a few days because of MY schedule etc. Alex even volunteered his own time to come & meet me @ a local area so I could leave him my phone before they opened. ( I work nights & get out @ 7AM. The store opens @ 10A.) He took care of my problems while I slept @ home. Before I headed back to work that night, my year long problems were now GONE!!!! Because of Alex's own personal work ethics, & ONLY that, did Verizon keep me as their customer because I really wanted to go to another carrier!!! Even Verizon tech support by phone through the last years' problems were worthless. Very poor knowledge of my device by Verizon tech support by phone also made me think of just giving up cell service altogether. I live in an area where we are charged the same very expensive prices with the WORST possible cell service. That is THE MOST FRUSTRATING part that causes me anger!!!! If not for ALEX MASTERS & Jessica I'd be the customer of another cell provider now. They are solely responsible for this instance of customer retention for VZW. This store is fantastic, they were very helpful. I went in after trying to upgrade online and calling customer care i was told by customer care that i was going to lose my unlimited data which would not work for me because i use mine to the fullest extent! I use an average of 25 GB a month alone. So as you can imagine i was rather upset when i finally made it into the store, I worked with a young lady in there and she helped me get a new phone for me and my husband without losing my unlimited data, she also told me about the home phone Verizon offers, i live right here in Hamilton, she ended up saving me about $20 month. This store was clean and professional it was truly as good as it gets, I will always shop here and i highly recommend it to all my friends and anyone thinking of heading in. read more

Tyson is an incredible young man who goes above and beyond to help a customer! Verizon is lucky to have him! I went to the Verizon store for help transferring everything from my old cell phone to a new Samsung I received as a gift. Not only did he do a perfect job, but he gave me an excellent tour of my new phone. The more I "played" with it at home, the more I couldn't figure out so I sent Tyson an email with a list of questions and made an appointment. Before my appointment, he answered most of the questions and on the others, told me he would show me how. I printed out the email; took it to the apt, and he not only showed me how, but waited patiently as I practiced and took notes. read more

oh wow what a tremendous store in HAMILTON MT. The courtesy the knowledge the proffional help was WAY beyond what I have experienced. in ANY VERIZON store ALL. each and every one, contributing to my wonderful experince!!!! A young man called Trevor spent literally hours with me, as I purchased a Hum device which I LOVE. a new phone and a new tablet , not only set it up for me, but TAUGHT me the ins and outs of all these 3 device. I am in that store alot and the people that work in there are so helpful and no there business. They bend over backwards to make sure all my questions and concerns are answered. Can not believe they even walk you to the door. They have always made sure I am getting my moneys worth. Great store and great people. I would and recommend this store to get started with verizon. What I liked was all three put their heads togther find a work solution that i liked. They were honest which is hard to find anymore. One does not have to stand aroud and wait for help. This store has always treated me great for years! I love how they do whats best for the customer and just aren't always trying to take my money! They do what's best for me!
