She was just finishing up a hair appointment that she had scheduled prior to me. Her client was an older woman and her hair looked so cute and she was very happy with what Meg did. Meg did an amazing job removing the dip from my nails. She was very conscientious about how fragile my nails were and showed me where my nails were cracked and made some suggestions regarding what she could do to them. She is super sweet and can talk while working which impressed me. Needless to say my nails are beautiful and feel so much healthier. While the women working there were VERY sweet and helpful, I was uncomfortable with how often they asked me if I needed help and if I needed a different size and how I was doing and what I was looking for and if I was ok in the dressing room. It was the MOST overkill customer service I've ever experienced. I soldiered on and kept doing my leisurely shopping even though my instinct was to run out of the store. I handled it well by politely saying I was fine about 50 times (no exaggeration). This is the main reason why I gave them only 3 stars, but also because of the high prices in a town like Anaconda.
