And when we disconnected - no matter we gave notice - it was in middle of their billing cycle so we will pay for 2 weeks we don't use because that's their policy. We had cable laying across our yard 3 separate times - It had to be re-done - for approximately 1 year of the 2 years we had service. They credited us $14 for 10 days we didn't have service - I had to work from my car's wifi for that time. I wound up having to purchase T-Mobile Home Internet just to be able to work. Their customer service is all outsourced - and those folks simply don't care or understand the issues. It shows!! This is absolutely the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to use for any service in my life!!! Run~ Don't do it~ You will definitely feel frustrated and cheated~~~
