I went into Verizon Evergreen to turn in an old phone. They weren't able to accept my phone but Cameron the General Manager assisted in calling and setting up a turn in by mail. I know the Verizon store in Evergreen is usually swamped with customers and sometimes there are one or two sales people to help with the phones. I'd like to give a shout out for Zach S. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in upgrading my iPhone 10(a dinosaur for sure) to a 16, he was also able to upgrade my husband iPhone 16 as the flashlight didn't work on the phone. Zach worked with us for 3 hours, and was able work with another customer while waiting on our phones changing over. He even was helping a colleague with his customer's phone purchase. I'd say it's probably the time of day that the store can get busy. Definitely knew his stuff! read more

Can I give zero, maybe half a star? This is the worst representative store that Verizon has. Vectra should dump this store because of lack of class and service. Every time you enter this place, it turns into hours of time. The management gets replaced often and it never improves. It only gets worse. I was in a while back they had two employees helping one customer, I asked if two people for one customer was necessary. You know one to one would be appropriate. The attitude form the 'worker" was typical, gen Z response. " You're being kind of aggressive. I feel threatened". So I asked for the Manager but she was busy doing something in the back office. Well I was disrespected as a 10 year customer of Verizon. I would fire any employee that said that to a customer. This store should be closed. They cant get an employee worth a damn and the Manager should go back to teaching school. Maybe not, she sure cant handle the teenagers she is there to manage. terrible n read more

the store is understaffed. the last 3x i came to this store i had to wait for at least an hour. i was also charged for something and have no idea what it was for. i should have asked for an invoice and will go back to recceive one. what's funny i was never offered an invoice. the person working that night went back to a back room with my credit card and made the transaction there is something not quite right with this store. read more

I went into the store to ask questions about a replacement stylus. The sales lady showed me one item they had in stock. Which did not match my type of phone. I asked her 3 questions she relied I don't know to all three. Failed to ask anyone to find an answer and told me to shop at Amazon. I would say she definitely needs to be trained to what actual customer service is. You can do better Verizon. read more

When we visited this store it was very busy and few employees. However as we entered the business they made an effort to stop and welcome us We did not want to ho to Denver so sitting and waiting our turn was not a problem. It was very obvious they cared about every single customer that walked in, even sitting next to us and helping us figure out our account problems. The short version is that this store has such bad customer service, that it is almost comic. Run away! My experience started when I stopped in to order a new phone on May 3rd. The employee placed the order and told me it would ship to the store in a few days. Great! I get a text from Verizon three days later telling me my phone was in. Great! I stop in the store and ask the same employee and he tells me that they don't have it. Hmmm. So, I give it a few days and call the store. No answer. Call a few days later, no answer and the call rolls to the Longmont Verizon store. They obviously can't help me. I get on the Verizon website and track the package. There is a fed-ex confirmation that the phone was received and signed for in the store by someone I confirm is an employee. Hmmm. So, 21 days after the phone was received by the store, I go back. The same employee tells me he has no idea what's going on. I ask him to just cancel the order and I'll try ordering the phone somewhere else. He tells me he can't cancel the order (that he placed!!) and that I can't order a phone somewhere else because technically Verizon thinks I got the phone so I'm no longer eligible for an upgrade. He tells me that I have to call Verizon. Fine. I call Verizon from the store to get to the bottom of this debacle. The employee tells me I'm not allowed to call Verizon from the store. Hmmm. I wave him off while I'm on hold with Verizon. The employee then tells me I have to leave because he needs to close the store to eat his lunch. Seriously? Finally, I get a Verizon tech on the phone who is able to cancel the order so that I can start fresh and is also launching an inquiry as to how the store lost the phone. I hang up with Verizon and the employee offers to sell me a different phone that is more than twice the cost of the one I originally tried to order. Seriously? My advice is to go to a competent store and avoid this inept excuse for a Verizon store! read more

I have been a Verizon customer for 16 years and this is the worst customer service I've experience from any Verizon Store. I have using this Evergreen location for several years. the last 2 times I visited this store, they were not very nice and not helpful at all! I will not be back and next time I will go down the hill for better customer service!!!!! read more

Went in yesterday to setup new service and buy two I-phone 12 phones. We were acknowledged and asked what we needed. We waited patiently, but finally left after they let 4 customers ahead of us. Nice to see a store that doesn't care about profit, but now we'll be using a different outlet. read more

I went yesterday with my friend because her cell phone was not working and we could not figure out what was going on ....we tried everything and anything possible to have it functioning properly (according to our really limited knowledge on this). The moment I called I was professionally greeted and invited to go to their store. The cell phone was put back to work in minutes and the executive even cleaned the phone. I want to thank ADAM GALBRAITH for his professionalism, knowledge, wisdom and PATIENCE to teach us what was going on and what to do (for him an easy issue, for us one of those technical things that there is no way we could figure out by ourselves). All the people working there are customer oriented, greet kindly in the door and asked what our issue was, very friendly (behavior not generally seen in mobile phone stores) Excellent location in Evergreen, very easy to park.
