Horrible service. My wife died and I can't get my bill straightened out after repeated trips to the sales center and hours on the phone.

extremely unhelpful. Talked to verizon customer service and store did the opposite of what they told me to do.

I was in the middle of speaking to a representative there (not the first time this guy has "helped" me) and in the midst of us communicating pricing he answers a phone call and proceeds to have a full on conversation as if I wasn't even there. RUDE. I left. Not a word was said while I gathered my child and I to leave. I stopped at the front and spoke with a lovely lady in which she informed me she is one of the managers and I informed her of what happened. That guy has so sense of positive customer service. Money was of no issue for me but I'm also not one to buy things that do not fit to my needs. HORRIBLE experience. read more

I went to Dickson Verizon today with my 2nd Galaxy flip in 6 months that was defective. Verizon won't give any customer support for Samsung products and Samsung wants to see phone before they reimburse you. Along with this frustration I get Marcus who is temporary manager originally from Columbia TN. He claimed he couldn't transfer my info to my new phone and still charged me to do it without my knowledge and when he couldn't figure it out pretended to have a meeting and walked away!!!!!! So rude and the worst customer service ever! I then had to drive to Charlotte Pike Verizon who has the best customer service who downloaded my phone in less then 20 MINUTES! I'll never go back to Dickson Verizon again! read more

Think y'all got any insight at corporate? Tell them it's hard for y'all to keep supplying phones to Hickman county if they gonna keep having issues with signal. At any given area , I can see 5 towers. None of which appear to have a Verizon booster. It's gotten much worse at the end of 2021. And iPhone doesn't have cellular data if wi if is switched on. Just a thought. They don't gas about my 19 years of $350 a month payment. read more

Ok so I spent 90 minutes "chatting" on line with a Verizon rep who knows NOTHING about her company. Not only did I have to explain their recent promotion to her but after negotiating a plan for a hot spot, she then tells me they are on back order until April 27th!! Why wouldn't she start with that as my opening request was for a hot spot!!?? What an incredible and infuriating waste of time! The service is awful and way over priced anyway. Time to find a new provider. read more

So here it is a week later and I still don't have the labels to return the phones . Worst customer service on the planet. Called better business bureau now waiting for paperwork to file a complaint. Read my first review if you've fallen into the same trap of deceit with them if we get enough people we could file a lawsuit. A few weeks ago my daughter and I walked into the Dickson Verizon store looking to purchase new phones for both of us. No one welcomed us at the door. We walked around looking thinking someone would come tell us they'd be with us in a minute but nothing. There were people sitting in a couple of areas and some I guess that worked there walking from one area to another but not once did anyone say "hello" or "we'll be with you in a minute". We stayed in the stores walking and looking around close to 10 minutes and was never spoken to. read more
