When/If you do reach someone on one of the phone numbers on the website (fat chance) you will be told that they will contact you to schedule a time to come out, and yes, you guessed it, you never hear from anyone. The owner of the company, Jay Fuller, is arrogant and not knowledgable about internet at all. He has cursed me over the phone and then when I come back at him he threatens me. I hope anyone who is thinking of using this company reads this and chooses another option. You will NOT be happy and the service is awful. Sometimes we were without service for up to two weeks. And after calling and emailing and messaging for weeks he sent me a picture showing where we had used the wifi at our house.....when we were in a different state and there was NO ONE at our house. Its a complete sham and you will be very very disappointed.

The only glitch was the installation was initially scheduled for Sunday; however, Dish rescheduled it for Wednesday via an email that my husband overlooked. WE have an aggressive dog, and we have to medicate him when strangers are in our house, so the installation appointment change messed up our day due to medicating our dog unnecessarily. on Wednesday, the technician showed up, was extremely polite and spent about 2 hours on the installation. He updated hubs' phone with the app and walked him through using the app. Unfortunately, the second Google thermostat we bought doesn't work on split system HVACs which means we will need an additional installation for that thermostat. I thought the Dish technician did a great job and I would recommend them and Google thermostats!

If you've seen their ads or visited their website, you might not believe it, but the actual service has been excellent. That said, the installation process was a mixed bag. I had to deal with three sales reps who clearly didn't understand the product. They couldn't answer basic questions and kept repeating vague explanations about Wi-Fi, regardless of the actual topic. Thankfully, the technician who did the install--Julius B.--was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions clearly. He really saved the experience. While I'm impressed with the service so far, I'm a little concerned about what might happen if I ever need to call support. But for now, everything is working as expected.

They said techs would get it restored as quickly as possible. It was 2+ days before service was restored. I do not believe tech were working on this small outage (one street) for 2 days. I don't k now if it was because this was a week-end or not, bubt after waiting all week-end, service was restored Monday morning. I would like to know why it took so long to restore the coverage and why we were given misleading info on the outage.

It plainly stated on the box that it was a LCD screen. So, I asked him if he was sure that he was replacing my screen with an OLED screen. He again said yes. I asked, why then did the box say that it was an LCD screen? He looked surprised, and acted like he didn't know that it was an LCD screen. He then said that he didn't have any OLED screens, and would have to order one. I asked him to put my phone back together and left. I went next door to a different repair shop. They had Soft OLED screens, and replaced it for less than this place was going to charge me for the cheap screen.
