The service was excellent but let me tell you about this. I was rejected the buy one get 1 free iPhone because of my 757 credit score? Someone explain this. They said I was eligible for bout one get one HALF! Sounds fishy right? Wish I could take my wolfs business somewhere but there prices and service beats Verizon. I'll also just keep the piece of junk phone I have now until I can get a offer for what they actually offer on the signs. Oh well! read more

The young lady at the store who sold me this very phone only 11 days ago seemed all to excited to tell me that there is a 7 day policy, I proceeded to tell Her to close my account on my other 2 phones and She did not make any effort what so every to try and keep my business, She actually acted excited to hop on Her computer and close my accounts. I will do every thing in my power to spread the word about this laughable customer service experience. I may actually make it my Full time hobby to spread the word about this experience!

asked if my phone screen could be replaced. I requested that it be replaced with a soft OLED…read morescreen. I specifically stated that I did not want a LCD screen. The guy said that they don't make LCD screens for iPhones anymore. He said that he would replace it with an OLED screen. He took a screen out of a box, laid the box on the counter, then took my phone apart. i picked the box up that the screen came out of. I read the box. It plainly stated on the box that it was a LCD screen. So, I asked him if he was sure that he was replacing my screen with an OLED screen. He again said yes. I asked, why then did the box say that it was an LCD screen? He looked surprised, and acted like he didn't know that it was an LCD screen. He then said that he didn't have any OLED screens, and would have to order one. I asked him to put my phone back together and left. I went next door to a different repair shop. They had Soft OLED screens, and replaced it for less than this place was going to charge me for the cheap screen. I can understand someone making a mistake, but be literally told me that they don't make cheaper LCD screens for iPhones. This guy must have thought that I was an idiot. Be careful this place will lie and try to rip you off. I don't know how they got so many good ratings. That's the reason I went there, because they had 4.8/5 star ratings. My mistake.

Also the best prices for in store items I have seen at any cellphone shop/ repair shop in.. well ever. They have made me a devoted customer with just one visit and I highly recommend visiting if you ever need a quick repair.

I remember these stores being all the rage when I was growing up. Then later on in life, I just never heard about them anymore. Then I had to think hard on who would have such specialized beauty products. The answer was Sally! This location in Cullman, Alabama is small as most Sally Beauty Supply stores usually are. They did have the eyelash curler replacement pads I was looking for. They sell a package of 4 for about $4.59. They had what I wanted, but I ended up getting them from Amazon as they were about $4.99 for a pack of 80. If I could not have waited for shipping, I would have gotten them here so it's nice to know they had the product I wanted.
