Customer service is great - the employees are so friendly and quickly pick up on if you're a returning customer and build some great rapport. They are just as passionate about playing/using the goods that they sell, which we love to see! Card selection is pretty sweet in the way of Pokemon cards. They might not always be in the best condition, but their pricing is typically very fair when it comes to these kinds of shops, so we respect that. They don't typically have pricing listed on the card sleeve though, so you either need to ask or sort of make the gamble once they ring it all up, which is a bit peculiar. My favorite part of Video Games Etc is the fact that they are always running "sales" of buy 6 cards, get the 7th free or buy x amount of used dvds, video games, etc. and get your next one free. It's very similar I would say to 2nd and Charles kinds of deals and gives the vibes of being a smaller 2nd and Charles in general, which is lovely to see!

We called tech support and they ran tests and they were really bad. How in the h.. E... Double toothpicks were we supposed to pay them every month when we couldn't even use our phones? You would think they would do tests or tell you before walking out with phones whether or not the phones would even work! They said it could be a year before more towers would even be up. That's pretty messed up. We took our phones back and they did wave our fee for bringing the phone back but they were still trying to charge me for the connection fee. I was like.... Uhhhhhh connection fee for phones we couldn't use???? I wanted all my money back. Also the strip on my card wouldn't work when I paid for the phones and the guy manually punched in the numbers to Take money.. But they couldn't manually do it to give me back my money conveniently. So now I have to wait 7 tp 10 days for a check. Do not go there unless u know u are near a tower. Even then your phone won't work in some places in waterloo cedar falls. My husband couldn't use his phone at work and I couldn't use my phone in elk run in my mom's house. Go somewhere else. I dis chew them out... I'm not usually a Karen but I dis get all my money back. I drove over 200 miles for this to happen , then I call to talk to manager, no one would answer for an hour. When I did talk to someone, that could have cared less, (who was unhelpful and uneducated and useless to me for 1 minute), I dropped the call and lost connection to wifi, (because I was using an App on my "basically new phone") and guess what? No answer from me now.. They must not like being called out on their B. S. Don't trust them .

I already knew the issue, I just wanted to see if they could do anything about it, not charge me for nothing. I then brought it to Riley over at Computer Reboot and he fully repaired my laptop by installing a new motherboard and replacing the battery and charged me much less. Also only took 2 days! Embarrassing business by ITech. Do not recommend if you need anything done that isn't stupid Apple.

absolutely not. i was guranteed my phone will be fixed with $200 to fix the screen. it was not…read morefixed my phone turns on and off every 2 minutes. it didn't do that before. i take it back and another guy asks me "do you know which screen replacement was used?" i was like "huh". he looks it up on computer and says "ooh alright , thats why it was only $200. it may need the other screen (believe he said oem something like that)" i was like "well how much is that?" he said "$430 somehting." i was beyond frustrated. if i was told from the beginning its a possibility it may need a $400 something screen, i wouldn't have gone through with it whatsoever. i could have upgraded for $450 but wanted to save $200 since its rent week. he said "we can apply the $200 you spent to the balance." like thats not the point here. that's expensive to get a phone fixed. then he said i could use those 200 towards a phone in their store. which one of the cheapest iphone they had was $800. id still be spending way more. so i basically gave away $200 for free. all he said was "sorry about that". i left stressed out and frustrated.

I recently bought an IPhone 14 pro max and was trading in my 11 pro max and had to mail it in, due to the new E Sim feature I set up my phone at home. A pin to remove my sim did not come in my old phone. (the man I talked to told me it comes in box) there is not even a place for a pin to remove/add a sim card in the iPhone 14 pro max so why would it come with that. I told him I needed it to be removed to remove my cellular data from it. He told me it's automatically removed when I set up my new phone. He was also absolutely wrong there as I had 4 bars and LTE on that phone when I walked in and it was in SOS mode after the fact. He did it for me but I'm also uneasy at the fact that he did not even verify my account, if somebody was stealing a phone that makes me nauseas to think they could just walk in there. I hope corperate reads this because I'd love to talk more about this experience. I'm 100% disgusted by his attitude and lack of knowledge.

When I got there I was not greeted with much kindness, they said they would fix it and it cost $215. A few days later I got my ps5 back and it worked until about a week ago, towards the end of August 2025. The receipt I got said it was good for a 1 year warranty, but when I called they said it was only for 90 days. So I took it to a new place (Computer Reboot) and they said they will fix it. they sent me pictures of how the other place had it looking and how the new place fixed it and said that CPR did a terrible job, i definitely will not be going here for anything again.

He never makes her feel bad for not knowing what to do. He backs up her phone and has even installed apps for her that she would like.
