Krissy is great to work with. I scheduled an appointment with her in advance. She reviewed my account to see where I could save money and then recommended different phones based on how I use my phone. read more

Spent over 7 hours on phone trying to set up new IPhone with Apple & Verizon and had given up. Went to Cellular Sales since Zi was caught between phones & neither worked. Drew in Bolivar stayed with my problem until she finally got new phone to work. She was patient, explained each step she was taking. REALLY appreciated her assistance and dedication. WONDERFUL service and better than APPLE or Verizon! read more

After a prior bad experience with a condescending male employee at this location, I refused to set foot here for four years. However, I ordered a phone online and this was the closest location to pick it up. Fortunately for me, a young lady waited on me. She was wonderful- kind, patient, and efficient. She made the dreaded phone upgrade simple and pleasant. Jenifer Crouch is an asset to your company and store. She has restored my faith in this location. The male employee needs to realize not everyone is tech savvy and to try patience and explaining rather than being short, impatient, and making a customer feel stupid or bothersome when they ask questions! read more

I took it to the Bolivar location to get the screen repaired ($200.00). I picked up my phone and the agent told me he had trouble getting the new back on the phone and had to use (glue) and if it popped apart, let him know. I went on my way. My phone immediately began having connectivity issues. I have Verizon and have always had excellent connectivity with them. Went back (45 minute drive each way). He said he would clean it and see if that fixed it. It didn't. He said to come back in. I told him I thought it was the antennas. He opened it back up and said the antennas hadn't been hooked up correctly. Let him know if this didn't fix it and he would order new ones. It didn't fix anything. I let him know the issue was ongoing, he said he would order new ones. Two weeks go by and nothing. I told him I wanted his manager's contact information. He wouldn't give it out, but he would give my information to his manager. NO contact from anyone. I emailed the corporate office and said either give me a comparable new phone or refund my "repair" cost. NO contact from anyone. I'm hoping to save someone else from going through this. BEWARE! It truly depends on what a shopper is looking for. Do not let my issue with prices run you off, because it is likely what you want will have a decent price.
