The owner of this business goes above and beyond for his customer's. I truly can't express how…read moreimportant his service is. I had to leave my Aunt in Cassville to return home to the Springfield area. Jerry (the owner operator) picked up my Aunt every morning and evening until I could get back to her. He sent me a text message everyday letting me know that my Aunt made it safely both ways. If you ask me, that is above and beyond excellent service. On his last day of picking her up he even sent me a text saying it was a pleasure helping my Aunt. My Aunt had only good things to say about her experience as well. Jerry made me feel comfortable and safe about leaving my Aunt in Cassville. I just can't say enough good thing about his service. I know we can only vote five stars, but Jerry is a ten! If you are in Cassville and need a cab, I highly recommend using this service.

I will keep coming from Rogers to Elk River Computer for my repairs.

My certified package didn't get delivered to the person I sent it to in Webb City, and now for some reason it is sitting in Colorado Springs, CO instead of being returned to me (in Joplin) as per policy. I'm going to actually have to leave my house, sick, and go talk to the people at the post office and hope that they can bring my package with it's $50 in it. I hate dealing with this agency!!! You think postal workers go postal? The public that has to deal with this sh*t can go postal too. (That said, I'm not threatening anyone but I do hate USPS.) Your robo caller sh*t IS USELESS!!! Publish your f*cking phone number and help people out.

I wish all mail carriers could be like her. There's also a gentleman and young lady that delivers out this way when Rita is off... they are great as well. We are very lucky to have such wonderful mail service and mail carriers! I love our small-town Post Office (Pineville, MO)! When I call the office -they are always helpful and friendly. When there's an issue with a delivery or missing package -they do everything they can to check on the status for me and always call me back to let me know what is going on with that delivery. EVERY Post Office should be run in the fashion this fashion. Must have a great Postmaster to have hired incredible people to service our community! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
