From what I've read, some thy aren't an authorized Apple dealer thy aren't using apple parts so that voids any warranties insurances etc. so I am unable to get into apps, passwords or anything because I need Face ID and I can't disable it because I need to use it to disable it. From what I've learned I need to buy a new phone and this phone is worthless now. I planned on getting a new phone next year because new updates do t work on the 11 anymore anyway but I wasn't ready to do it yet.
