I stopped in because the charging port on my iPhone had a bunch of lint in it, and wouldn't take a charge. Ryan helped me out, completely free of charge and cleaned my iPhone charging port which fixed my issue. No strings attached. I inquired about when my account would be eligible for an upgrade, and to my surprise I was due! Store hours on the door did not match the web site.. employee came out very upset when I was there at 10 vs. 11 on Sunday.. he acknowledged the mistake and said they will fix it, but did nothing to help me but say come back in an hour.. horrible location and worthless staff.. this location should close and go out of business.. stay away.. read more

My two daughters and I had a wonderful experience today at the Baxter Verizon store. Tom the store manager greeted us and was very helpful in setting up and transferring all four of our phones. I know it was probably a little overwhelming as the store was busy but he never once made us feel like an inconvenience and he took care of us as opposed to passing us off to some one else. Devin was also very helpful and pleasant to work with. Both of these young men are assets to your team!!! This is an authorized retailer not a corporate store. I didn't know that and to Verizon this makes a difference apparently. The corporate store could not even tell me their phone number. So this is like Best Buy or Target. Just selling Verizon services. Moving on, I walked in with a printed list of exactly what I wanted and still had a bad experience. Trevor was in training and quoted me the wrong phone prices causing me to pay hundreds more to switch to Verizon. Things picked up when the store manager (Jessica?) took over and went fairly well from that point forward. It seems Verizon and other mobile carriers have no or little customer service training for their employees + this time of the year in Brainerd all restaurants and stores are staffing up with new employees. I tried switching to Verizon via phone, two other Twin cities stores and online. Sadly this was the best experience I had. Trevor was able to tell me about and apply a $100 switching credit which I didn't know about so that's good. Go online, research and know what's available before going in. Terrible customer service. I used to like coming in to this store for help because they always took care of me. Now I would rather drive an hour south just to not deal with them. One in particular, Donald I believe is his name, has completely turned me away from ever going here again. His cockiness and unwillingness to ever help anyone with an android phone is ridiculous. All he does is stand there and tell you it's your fault the phone is not working correctly and that droids are basically crap systems that he would never use. read more
