I came in and they quoted me a trade special of 1,000 plus a discount for three lines, plus they would reimburse me for anything I bought in the office, and that my bill would be 150 a month. when I got my bill it came in a t 268 a month. I spent a week coming in to the office, they would always tell me they are working on it. The owner Chris, told him employees that he would call me to fix this and never did. they are liars and should not be trusted. read more

Ian and Nicole are amazing- kind, patient and super knowledgeable. We knew that we wanted new iPhone 15s, but had lost our iPhone 12s to Neptune (buried in the silty bottom). Ian and Nicole helped us recover our information from our iCloud back-ups. It took a few hours since we didn't know all of our passwords, but they just kept helping us until both of our new phones were operating properly and our Apple Watches were connected!! When our tragedy hit, I imagined having to drive 2 1/2 hours to Miami to buy new phones, but the service that we received in Marathon was top notch! read more

Took my IPad to the store because I was having an issue with emails. I could not send from the Comcast account. Brett took the time to trouble shoot my issue and resolved the problem within 10minutes. This is the second time I have had to go here to have a problem addressed. Last year, it was my wife's phone. My husband got a new IPhone and we took it into the Verizon Authorized Retailer store in Marathon, FL to have it set up and everything transferred over to his new phone from the old one. Nana was marvelous in helping us accomplish all that. Even thou we had not ordered the phone from the store she was very helpful in not only transferring everything over she spent a lot of time showing us all the features of the phone. The store did not make any money at all on the phone however she was very patient and helpful. She spent a lot of her time in helping us get the phone up and going. Came down for Virginia had no intention on getting a new phone but google cell phone carriers they they came up first! The owner/manager personally gave me directions there. Then he went through all the different plans and options I could do with no pressure. I ended up just getting a deal on a brand new IPhone for 150 and a 40 Unlimited plans walked out paying 200 dollars for everything!! I am so happy with my new phone and plan beat service I've ever had and it's PREPAID! read more
