While being serviced at the Smyrna location, Tyler (manager) made it a point to blatantly insult me. He then proceeded to make me (and his coworker) aware of the size of his penis. ln case it is unclear what sexual harassment and inappropriate conduct within a professional setting is- examples of verbal harassment include sexual jokes, remarks and innuendos . I do not believe anybody is safe from ridicule and/or sexual harassment while Tyler is present at this location. On Friday November 17th I went to upgrade my phone at the T-Mobile store. An associate began to assist me and I selected a few devices. As my associate is entering my info into the tablet the conversation of streaming comes up. I tell Tyler he has the personality and voice for a successful gaming stream. He responds, " thanks. And you have the energy". I am typically described as an animated and energetic person so I was appreciative of the compliment. After responding with a thank you, Tyler looks at me bewildered and says, " that was NOT a compliment". My sales associate and I BOTH looked at him confused and alarmed at the random insult. It changed the mood tone of my experience until the moment I left. My sales associate and I continued through the process of upgrading my phone. The next step was getting protection for my new device. In order to shop for cases/protectors my back had to be turned towards Tyler and the associate that assisted me. I foolishly stated, "I'm not sure this protector will fit my phone. How big is it again?" To which Tyler begins to laugh obnoxiously. The associate assisting me states that my iPhone 14 is 6.2 inches. Tyler then proceeds to laugh harder and says, " yep . Sounds about right for me". EXCUSE MEEEE?!? His tone was playful and I immediately became even more uncomfortable. I stood there frozen and just shook my head. My back is turned to an individual making sexual innuendos and I am the only woman this room that now feels the size of a matchbox. The rest of the experience was painful as I waited for my iCloud to download to my new device. I stated how I regretted not getting the max because my prior device was a Plus. My sales associate mentions how he thinks I will like the slightly smaller product and won't really notice a difference. Tyler adds on, "And remember, it's not always the size that matters." At this point my stomach is turning with disgust. I am ready to leave and never return. As soon as I saw my screensaver appear on the new phone I grabbed it and left. I didn't get a receipt or anything. I don't feel comfortable going back that T-Mobile location and it's unfortunate that I can no longer utilize my local store. The experience was alarming and I have recommended that my family discontinue their 20 year relationship with Sprint/T-Mobile.

And to add insult to injury, I had the head of my deodorant pop out and fall on the floor. So needed to restock on at least one item. I am sure I had more items on this visit to get, but I was hyper focused on the need to not stink. First, I hated how hard it was to navigate in the parking lot. Why did it feel like I was a pinball going up the track to plink my way down to a parking spot? Next, the layout of this store was a bit hard to understand. I felt like this location didn't follow the norm for the layouts that stores usually follow. I was about halfway through the store before I felt like giving up and finding a register. Not to worry, I did find my deodorant, saving me another stop on my way to my destination. Made my way to the registers, and I feel like this location pushes you towards using the self checkouts. There were not many registers open that allowed a customer to be dealt with by an associates. In fact, I feel like there were more associates surrounding the self checkout area. With that, why only have four of these and push a majority of people here. Not everybody knows how to use them, and with that, not everybody SHOULD used them.
