The UPS store at 3420 Pump Road in Short Pump has a manager who refused to ship a package to Israel, a decision that was not aligned with company policy. Upon contacting the owners and confirming that this was a personal choice made by the manager, I was disappointed to find that no action was taken. Moreover, after sharing my concerns with the owners, whom I believed were committed to not condoning antisemitism, I have been ignored. Having been a loyal customer with a PO Box at this UPS store for over 10 years, it is concerning that they do not value our loyalty or seem to care that they employ someone who would engage in such behavior. If they hate Jews and Israel, who will the discriminate against next??? Needless to say, we have moved our POBox to a very friendly PakMail business in Manakin Sabot. I'll never understand those who hate Jews and Israel, for no reason at all. I've been in business before and it's not my nature to put up a post like this but have been left with no other option but to share my experience. Friends, please beware of who you do business with!!!
