I have always hated going to the DMV and going to Verizon was right up there with it. I have never been satisfied with my visits to a Verizon store and never had an employee help me and completely solve my issues, however, when I went to the store in Ashland I was immediately approached by Heather Reese. I explained to her that my phone was acting crazy and wouldn't connect to any network! No Wi-Fi or cellular data! She calmed me down and started digging into my account. She showed and explained to me every single step she made and was very transparent! Heather got my family on a much better plan and actually upgraded my husband's phone and my phone. She set us up for the Apple One, Netflix, Max, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ perks and cancelled all the induvial plans we were paying for that were unnecessary payments. She set my new phone and my new Verizon home internet. I came back 2 days later to get my husband's phone set up and Heather gave us a very friendly greeting. She was helping another customer when we arrived but still managed to multi-task and help us while the other customer's phone was transferring data and helped other employees with their customers as well. I now feel much better knowing I can go to Heather anytime I have an issue and she will do her best to make sure we leave as happy, satisfied, Verizon customers even if I have to drive all the way to Ashland from Goochland just to have her help us!
