The manager will tell you he never received it and charge you additional month's worth of lessons when you call to complain that you received another invoice for lessons when (paid for automatically by required card on file) when you had provided more than enough cancellation notice. Daughter advised manager in person and in store at a lesson in early June that first week of August would be last lesson because she's going to college! Conveniently, manager claims he was never so advised. Charged me additional month's worth of lessons. Make certain you get confirmation/acknowledgment of lesson cancellation in writing. Clearly this store owner/manager doesn't believe in the customer is always right or that he ever makes a mistake. If cancellation not acknowledged in writing, he will claim he never received cancellation notice made in person and verbally. Buyer beware at Music and Arts.

Mr.Judd is extremely patient. He works with all ages and all skill levels, which was great for me since I had no prior experience with the Violin and a majortity of my sons practing would be done at home using the tools and techniques learned from his lessons. He had no problem slowing down or answering any and all questions so as a parent, you can feel confident that you can work one on one throughout the week with your child.
