I entered the store frustrated, doubtful I'd get the frame I needed, struggling to pull up an email about the canceled orders, over- explaining to the staff at the door, etc. (hey, at least I'm self aware). Edgar to the rescue! This friendly manager was quick to assist. He walked me to the frames, helped me find the correct size, honored the price on the shelf (several dollars less than on his price finder contraption), AND it was BOGO so I got two. Edgar carried my frames to the register, set them down at a self-checkout kiosk, where he noticed a one poster frame was bowed. He instantly elected to go back and get me one in perfect condition while I finished checking out. Now THAT'S good looking out and going the extra mile. I am so grateful for a fantastic in-store experience and can't wait to get my precious movie poster into its frame and up on my wall!! We talked about his bass playing, my favorite band Rush, and he showed me around the store! They actually stock one of my favorite and most used brand of drumsticks. (Zildjian Dennis Chambers Artist Model) Small neighborhood music stores teach, instruct, and provide music knowledge to us all! I recently found that the snare drum stand at my church was broken, a day before my Sunday morning Praise and Worship Session! Zak was there, and had exactly what I needed. First of all, the store was very clean and organized. It was very easy, overall, finding everything. The clearance section was on point! It wasn't chaotic like most clearance sections and I got some amazing steals. They had paints there as low as $0.19 and I got some seashells and starfish for as low as $0.59! Everything I bought was either on clearance or 40% off on sale except for one item. I got two big bags full of stuff plus a storage container and barely spent over $35. This is the best hobby lobby I've been to!

She was really patient and helped me with figuring out options for the dress I had in hand. My mom also had a nice experience with a different woman a month or two ago, who was also supremely patient and kind. Soma emails me a million times a week with promotions, which I deal with because I do like the quality of their products. The great staff will keep me coming back to this particular shop, though!
