Buyers beware! Recently my parents (that are in their 70's) went to the Anniston Verizon store to buy the iPhone 11. They both told the salesmen they wanted the iPhone 11. My father even told the salesperson he wanted the top of the line iPhone 11. The sales person convinced them the "XS" was the top of the line iPhone 11 and charged him over $1000. He also sold them an iPad and iWatch not telling them there was a monthly fee with additional lines ($30/mo). I informed my parents they had been lied to and the "XS" is the iPhone 10. I went with my father to the store to give them the opportunity to make it right and they said he had missed the 10 day return period and refused to swap to iPhone 11's. This shows the character of management/ owners allowing their employees to take advantage of people not in the know. I have no tolerance for dishonesty and taking advantage of my parents.
