The instructions that came with it were confusing right off the bat. The tech told me the instructions were not correct and quickly set up the tablet for me. He refused to charge me for this. I wanted to reward his help by purchasing something and asked about a screen protector. He said they didn't have one a d I should purchase one online. He also said to bring it in after I got it and he would install it for me. Excellent customer service!

Manager arrives to tell the employee (couldn't be bothered to talk to me face to face) that they can't do the return in store and I have to call customer service to get a box to mail it back. A 2nd employee (Steven) came from the back and offered to help us, since the 1st employee was with a customer. He was patient, very considerate, and obviously knowledgeable. He was able to to solve our problem and accomplish our needs completely. He is an excellent representation of your brand and should be recognized for making a customer very satisfied. Especially since I started out frustrated. He made the necessary attempts to offer us more products, but did not push at all. He and the other employee were both very professional and patient.
