After purchasing the non-refundable sessions I was informed that the jawline/face treatment was an additional fee and instead of honoring my 10 sessions - in order to get the same amount of treatment for he target areas - they would only honor 8 of 10 sessions (equating to 4 half hour visits). Ripping off your first clients is not the right approach to starting a new business. It would have been good business to either honor my 10 sessions or to knock my socks off with service. Instead, they chose to be stingy, greedy and they actually did not deliver on he value that I had paid for. The place is clean and the staff is cordial. Ultimately, I would not do business here again - the results are menial at best. You are better off just spending your time doing cardio and dieting right then to spend money at Simply Sculpted.

I was back in town for a week and called to see if I could get in. Prices were reasonable. Bonus, my HSA was able to be used for my facial. They offered a discount on the first facial and made me aware of packages and promos before leaving, but never pressured me to purchase on the spot. In terms of the actual staff and procedures, I couldn't have been happier. Caroline at the front desk was super sweet and had everything waiting for me from walking in to walking out. Jennifer did my procedure. She is a nurse by trade and that definitely shows. She walked me through each step, made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained post facial care. She even sent me home with a product sample for one of my skin care concerns. I've about 30 minutes out from my facial and my skin is GLOWING! I will definitely be going back here for my skin care needs! Thanks ladies!
