This is a great program for people who need a little extra help, as they offer appetite suppressants, but also maintain medical tracking, nutrition / lifestyle counseling, and medical provider consults. Advice: follow the journaling for at least 60 days religiously. Unlike the man who rated low for the kind of program, I give it high marks as this program forces you to deal with understanding where your ideas of "healthy eating" are wrong and eating habits are broken. Once I had lost 20-25 lbs, I felt better and looked better, and a number of other issues from allergies to "hormone related" *wink* dramatically improved also.
