When I went there was only 1 other person waiting for someone in the waiting area. I got into an exam room within 10 minutes. Once vitals were taken, I had a long wait to see dr,or pa, around a half hour. The person who finally came was pleasant, efficient, a bit abrupt as rushed due to an emergency, so the visit was short. At least I got taken care of. When I left the waiting area was full, with people standing. Thankfully I got there before the crowd. The wait time once checked in can be very long - My daughter had waited an hour one morning even to get into an exam room. I recommend going off- hours if possible to avoid spending a very long time there and getting minimal attention. It does work ae a place to go if need.

I knew l was coming today as l had booked my ride a week in advance so there was plenty of time to make an appt had l known this. Not one person, administrative or medical ever mentioned the time l could have saved had l made an "urgent" appointment. I was sitting there waiting patiently, "in the dark." I did finish my medical appointment and the medical staff is always incredible. That little time saving nugget would have saved me well over an hour. In spite of the delay and no explanation of why people who arrived later were seen incredibly faster than me, I'm still extremely pleased with their medical care. I really miss the x-ray equipment that was moved to Berlin. That really made this location shine. The medical staff is incredible. They are good listeners. They are really thorough at asking both open ended and detailed questions which brought out other options pointing to why l have been sick. My test was negative for strep so l asked if it might be a good idea to do a PCR covid test. We did exactly that. The bottom line is that l still may possibly be suffering from hay fever. Or maybe tge flu, but we didn't rest for flu or RSV. I'm still at a bit of a loss. We ruled out a few vital things and I have a broad sprectrum prescription for a sinus infection. I get those frequently so l am hoping this RX kicks this out. A little extra administrative training could make this facility an even better urgent care facility. Please bring back the x-rays. On a scale of 1 - 10, I'm still giving them a 8.5, as the medical care is excellent and the location is perfectly located. With x-ray equipment, they are easily rated a 10. Signage in the facilities followed up by verbal reminders indicating "appointments" would be extremely helpful. I really only realized it was avaliable tonight after reading reviews after my day visiting them. My goodness! Who would have guessed? It's a great idea, had l known. Duh. It's brilliant to be able to plan ahead via an appointment to be treated in an "urgent care medical facility." I can't be the only person who had no idea of the appointment availability. I just read another review and realized we never discussed a flu test. I've never been tested for the flu so l had no idea there is a flu test. That might be another reason l may be feeling poorly. A friend mentioned RSV testing as well, but it's too late now

My zinc and Viramin D levels were fine. The Internist I see (thankfully not affiliated with ProHealth) advised me NOT to take the EUA Vaccine due to having elevated antibody levels IgG, IgA, IgM; in other words my immunoglobulin levels were significantly high versus pre Covid levels (again, not a 100% predictor that I would avoid Covid again, given the virus's ability to mutate, the R Naught of future strains, etc.). Saw a Nurse Practitioner at Pro Health. I was up front in letting her know that my Immunoglobulin levels were exceptionally high, I am up to date on all of my vaccinations (the non-MNRA, non-emergency authorized and proven vaccinations). I mentioned that my internal medicine doctor (and myself) wanted me to hold off from getting the Non-FDA Approved Emergency use vaccine, since some European Papers (studies) were showing the EUA Vaccine was causing some adverse events in people who recently had Covid (high antibody levels). Also, one of many truths, a healthy young Hand Surgeon in Tennessee that my friend worked with, had unfortunately passed after receiving his Covid Vaccination and just had Covid. Again, one cannot state that the Covid Vaccine caused his death, but the Studies, the stories, and the lack of long term data caused my hesitancy. Just being logical. The Pro Health APRN told me I was anti vax (even though I have all my vaccinations except the non-approved one), told me "I am the problem" and that people like me are "prolonging the Pandemic." She called me selfish (I like to think I am informed) and asserted that my decision to not get the emergency use vaccine with no long term data was political. I am a Libertarian, yet she said I must be a Trumpster... which I laughed at. She made my visit as quick as possible and I walked out, never to return. MESSAGE to ProHealth... G F Y... again and again! Your Providers leave in droves from this money making factory. Your patient care is abysmal! Oh and how is your precious Vaccine doing in 2024? VAERS adverse events through the roof! Myocarditis/Pericarditis linked to Covid Vaccine in multiple RCTs. Physicians finally unbanned from Linked In and Medical Societies speaking up about the prevalence of Turbo Cancers. Ectopic births, irregular menstrual cycles, non existent menstruation, etc etc etc etc. Many countries banning use of the STILL EUA vaccine. The cherry picked studies showing other meds had zero effect on Covid, yet now many doctors are prescribing these "off label meds" Colchicine, Prednisone, and wait for it... HCQ and IVM (Gasp!). Remdesivir with its abysmal efficacy and safety data. FDA losing a court battle reminding them that they are not in the business of practicing medicine. I could go on... you get the Idea. G F Y!

Corporate is no help either they are all in cahoots with each other. They fire people with no proof of the reason they are firing you. I left on my own because I refuse to work for an unprofessional manager who comes in the morning goes straight into her office all day does not say good morning to anyone. She does not ask any of the employees if they are ok if they need anything. I would never in a million years recommend to work for this office in Farmington. The co workers are lazy as hell, all they do is complain they do not like to help anyone its like pulling teeth to get any help. All they do is talk crap about everyone behind their backs. They lost 6 employees in less than 2 months. Clearly management is the issue not the employees. It was a great place to work in the beginning but once she took over it went down hill. The best decision I made was leaving that toxic environment. If you are seeking employment do not apply to the Farmington location unless you want to be treated like a nobody and be overworked and work with a bunch of two faced people. Manager is extremely unprofessional and talks down on people. Your mental health will decline working here. Not worth it!!!

I appreciated his willingness to be helpful. He told me to have an ultrasound. I had the ultrasound at another hospital, and the result was sent to his office. I called the office yesterday and asked about the result of the ultrasound. I was asking to speak with the doctor directly, but I was not able to. A receptionist over the phone stated she talked to the doctor, and the result was "indeterminate." I asked her to explain what that means. She stated, "It means we don't know what the heck is wrong with you." Then I asked what else the doctor found in the result. She stated there is nothing she can say. I was disappointed that she was not willing to help me speak with the doctor directly regarding my test results. I called the hospital today again about some concerns that I had. A receptionist became irritated, and stated "The doctor has nothing to talk to you about that." I asserted the importance of speaking with my doctor. She did not listen. She became more irritated and insisted that the doctor does not need to speak to me. She finally stated she would let the doctor know about my call. However, she was very unhelpful and unwilling to assist me. When I explained to her the importance of this matter, she simply hung up while I was still speaking. I felt mistreated and disrespected by her rude and unprofessional behavior. My hope is the doctor is informed about this inappropriate and unjust behavior of his receptionist(s) and he can take appropriate actions to rectify this. As a patient, I have a right to speak with my doctor.
