All I have gotten is the runaround for months and dodged regularly from day one, at this point I have learned not to expect callbacks, resolutions to any of my issues and knowing that I have to run them down. Which should've been a red flag from the beginning but The fact that I wanted This relationship to work made me blind to the BS because all I got was bamboozled into thinking that I needed a bunch of unnecessary services. As a business owner one thing I have learned is to always right my wrongs to the best of my abilities and know that the customer is incredibly important and a major reason that I am in business at all but to K&A mobile tax service I feel my business means nothing to them just another drop in the bucket. The Foolishness is real, I have booked appointments "through their app saying they were available" that they do not show up for (because they were closed), I leave voicemails and messages with the receptionist and get no response. I find it insane that I have to resort to this especially because I have been so kind and professional throughout all the BS which is more then I can say for them. This is to let other people know my experience. I feel incredibly taken advantage of for my ignorance in the tax world and they monetized on that. After I couldn't handle it any longer, I was in there office I still tried to fix it I did the research on my own and explained all the unnecessary services, services that didn't even apply to my line of business. I was promise a refund "zelle" (we all know how fast that goes) smh what a joke because 1 month later still nothing still avoiding me dodging calls always in meetings "supposedly" I'm so disappointed it's sickening. Please do your research on tax professionals but don't come here either they genuinely just don't care or they are just overwhelmed with business they can't handle it. Either way you could get screwed and there is no place for that when trying to build a business and it's counterproductive so save yourself the drama and just don't!............ trust me.
