Great staff and great deals!…read more AuraLight is great dispensary. I was searching for a specific product and found it here, and on sale! This was my first experience with this place and I am satisfied. I originally called with a couple questions and they answered right away and were delightful and knowledgeable. They have a first time customer program that gives you 25% off your first 3 orders, the only catch is that they don't stack discounts. No problem as the products I was getting were already 45% off. So my 25% gets saved and used at a following visit if my choices aren't at least 25% off. I was politely greeted upon entry. I waited in a quick line for maybe 3 minutes before being served. The grabbed my order and rang me up. That's it! Super quick and satisfied. Will definitely be back. As I mentioned earlier they have a great new customer offer. They also have a wide selection, you can definitely find something you'll like. Thanks!

This business keeps negative notes on their customers profiles based on how they "feel" your…read moreinteraction with them is. Once we met a employee here welcoming my girlfriend and I to check out the free stickers, we used to go all the time.. then the next time we went a guy busted out the door and called out my girl by her name saying she's on camera and she can't go lookin for free stuff. The next time we go, I kid you not, the manager busted through a door when we were there and straight up told us there was a note against us. Just over a free sticker. We told him we know already, and we're disgusted to hear they have notes like 'write ups' on their customers. The manager apologizes that he brought it up and gives us a free pre roll for harassing us again. ( BUT was the note ever deleted?) next time we go in the original employee who yelled at us greets us at the door and tells us that because my id has a little damage that he's going to "start giving us a harder time " about it... We get checked in and the dude holds my ID at the register. He raises his arm with my ID in the air... I say dude I got another ID in perfect condition just use this one. Dude takes both my id... holding them both from me without my consent, OK This guy is not law enforcement. He cannot detain my iDs without my consent. And he calls over his manager. The same manager who gave us a pre roll before.. I say ' hey he's now got 2 forms of my identification and he's bugging you now.. can I please just buy something now .?" And the manager says ooh sure! And as I'm handing over my cash the manager whispers to our cashier " talk to me in the office once your done here" So then 4 days later I go to send my girlfriend in for a new purchase and they tell her that she's BANNED. And I'm BANNED to. when the employee had BOTH my ID in HIS raised arm and the manager is Busting out the door a second time towards us, apparently his first thoughts was to bann us both because he "felt I raised my voice" in this situation.. When I literally said " can I please just buy something now?" Pretty much right off the bat. My girlfriend, realizing that she's now banned for no reason, calls aura light and they put the manager on the phone. she says, "what did I do?" And he emails her an attachment with vague descriptions saying Harassment, harassment.. (no real explanation) from random days were we looked or were reminded to not look... for Free stickers. All we ever did was get yelled at for looking for Free stickers, that advertise Their brands. We were totally into Aura light.. but watch them, they don't treat you like a guest. They may apologize to your face and distract you with a preroll gift but their notes and their ability to Bann you 4 days later still remains. Try Market 96, friends.

We recently moved back home to Dixon from Los Angeles and were very turned-off by the dispensary…read morehere. I'm not paying $60 for a quarter-ounce of shake hidden in the back of the store that I can't even touch, see, or smell before I buy - and that's after having my identification scrutinized and the information uploaded in their computer to god knows where. So, I've been utilizing an "alternative source" for my marijuana needs. Then, I heard about Smoke Lab in Sterling. I used to drive to Sterling from Dixon for bud in the 80's, so it was a drive I'm familiar with, and I can tell you without any hesitation that it was well worth our drive. Smoke Lab reminded us of the dispensaries in Los Angeles, where we could examine the product before we bought. The jazz-cabbage is all clearly on display and the bud-tender knew exactly what she was talking about. We got a fantastic deal on quality flower & we will be driving to Smoke Lab from now on when we're in the market. This is what I'd *hoped* the smoke stores would be like in Illinois when marijuana was legalized, but in true Illinois fashion, the criminals in Springfield priced the licensure where only the same parasite-class who'd kept it illegal for a century could afford the license to open a dispensary - and the dispensary in Dixon is a perfect example of the over-regulated, corporate-controlled result. Smoke Lab gives me hope.

What a nice people work here just been lots of great people that are very friendly and talkative…read morethat helped me and a very helpful Abigail most recently generally, everybody's been great. One note of caution, just be careful make sure that you look at all your items, now that they're offering add-ons just wanna make sure you get what you think you're getting. I didn't buy any this time but in the past I did and I explained that I don't smoke but then I got joints which I just keep me up in glass jar because I don't smoke but people are humans and humans make mistakes so you know it's easy to get upset but even before I left and remind you, this is a couple times before they wouldn't switch it out for me even though I showed them hey look I don't smoke. She gave me the joint. I said that as soon as I walked in the Place and they made me take the joints the add-on for six bucks that they proposition me with. I said, I'll take the gummy cause I don't smoke. I made that abundantly clear. And then when I was leaving two of the girls ganged up on me and made me feel sad like I was trying to get I don't know my dad's senior citizen, discount or something. I don't know. It seemed really cheap and petty like as if I was trying to do something wrong or they're tired of dealing with the fact that their computer system had a problem with my phone number when have you no one ever gave me a solution except today when I dealt with Abigail and the other manager, Abigail actually gave me a card. She didn't pressure me to do it right then in there, but she said hey if you do it now you might get a discount and so I just use my Camera for the picture thing clicked on it and boom it's set up a ticket so it had to wait for the general manager, I believe or one of the supervisors he took $five dollars off my bill that's a lesson for everybody. You can't have unreasonable expectations for people if you offer them a solution and they don't do it then that's on them, but you know it's childish to gang up on a customer ridicule them and then give them the wrong product that they made clear that they didn't want so I called him out. I called him an effing liar and that was extremely rude and I could've called and complained to the manager, but I didn't. I just went to a different dispensary. I'm trying to keep my energy levels high and clean and full of positivity. My dad has cancer and these edible gummy's are the only way he can get somewhat of relief once in a while instead of feeling embraced and loved I felt ridiculed and hated on. I don't know if there's something else going on or what but I did not feel a part of the community that supports the local dispensary one month ago but today I did Abigail and a couple of the other people are very nice and I consider that small hiccup and hope for better times to come keep it short. Keep it simple. And here's another thing always look at the ingredients. I don't like to have seed oils and corn syrup all that garbage that they try to stuff down our throats as we grow up as kids and a lot of these they show off the product, but they don't show the ingredient list which is bogus that should be listed on the website so you don't waste everyone's time when you're at the front desk and I need to look at the ingredient list which makes the most sense you're consuming something you should know what's in it
