Updated review - I've been purchasing my supplies and juice from here for the last few year's. They honestly have the best ecig juice you can purchase with no nasty taste or after taste! I love their high octane it is the best and nothing compares to it!! Always friendly service and helpful when you have questions! I ran out of juice on a day they were closed and went somewhere else to buy a bottle to hold me over, that is now in the garbage, I plan not to let that happen again! Most ridiculous store ever. SinceI've lived in Minooka for 3 years anytime I needed coils, juice, etc, multiple mini vapes I have been a customer here. Recently I had my Smok Alien I bought elsewhere few months back break on me. I called GoodEJuice to come in and see if they could help me out. I said I thought it was the tank. I went in and the kid behind the counter helped me. We noticed with a new tank it worked. However my vape was not producing smoke but it was showing activity on it. SInce it wasn't producing smoke and we couldn't make it I bought not only a new tank but a new Eleaf 500. Spending $70.00 in their store. I literally live 2 minutes from the store. I bought this new vape. We put the battery in the vape and opened in store. I get in my car drive 2 minutes home, 1 minute being home my brother changes one setting on my original vape and it works. I call the store immediately. It has has been three minutes since I walked out of this store with the purchase. They say they have talk to their manager. I drive there. Now it's still under 10 minutes of me buying and walking out of the store. They REFUSE to return the product. I'm still keeping the tank. I just want to return the mod. I'm sure nothing wrong they can get manufacturer credit for just the seal wrapper broken. However 100% refuse to refund. I explain I live paycheck to paycheck. This purchase wouldn't have happened if that one setting could have been figured out in the store. So not only is this store either not knowledgable on vaping or they are ripping people off. I'm sorry but if I owned a business I would want to keep my customers. This is not how you do it. Had it been an hour even I could see not returning it but the fact I was out of the store for less than 10 minutes is so unprofessional. I will not return here. If anyone wants to buy their ELeaf 500 brand new never used I'll give it to you $5.00 less than them. Than maybe I can afford groceries for the week. In response to response. So by calling it fake you are saying the above didn't happen? Because it did and it's not false. I wouldn't have bought a new mod I didn't need had your shop had the knowledge to avoid the situation. After smoking for 30 years and trying to quit for the past 10, I decided to compromise and go the e-cig route. I've always been picky about my smokes, and that pickiness has extended to my e-liquid preferences. I can't stand all the fruity/novelty flavors (seriously, who wants to smoke a jolly rancher?) and all the artificial 'tobacco' flavors I've tried from various local places have been simply awful. After digging around and researching on various forums, I learned of Goodejuice, specifically their Natural Extracted Tobacco (NET) products. In a nutshell, they take actual tobacco and extract the flavors, which form the basis for their line of NET liquids. Based on the recommendations I saw, I decided to order their Fire Cured, Perique, and Patriot flavors. As far as the liquids go, they're fantastic - exactly what I was looking for: Good smooth throat hit, perfect consistency, and most importantly to me, authentic tobacco flavor! Best of all, the Patriot blend is an almost perfect match to my preferred Nat Sherman cigarettes. All in all, it's really nice to find such high-quality, handcrafted liquids in a world of mass-produced, artificially-flavored products. I have to also give Nick some serious credit for his professionalism. After placing my order, there was a misunderstanding on my end. Nick reached out to me in an honest effort to make everything right, and he succeeded in resolving the issue above and beyond my satisfaction. I also appreciate how quickly they fulfilled my order - it was shipped on the same day that I placed it. Bad experience! Purchased a mod and have had problems with it from day 1. Made 3 trips to there store, once while the problem was occuring and showed an employee what was happening. I did not ask for my money back I simply wanted a replacement, same model same color. After basically being called a liar I informed Mr. Goodjuice I would be taking my business else where. I don't get it I am not gaining anything by making these claims other then hopefully a working unit. So here I am stuck with a product that works on and off. If I wanted to take risks I would have purchased from a flea market or ordered online. I left the product with him in his store and he claims it works fine. I certainly have far better things to do with my time rather then make false accusations about a product only to be requesting it to be replaced for the exact same product. I'm not gaining anything!!!! My advise buy with caution or better yet stay away completely. They do not stand behind what they sell. read more
