I adore the staff at the Fordham Road location from security to management. Everyone is helpful and know what they are talking about as long as you give them something to go on because cannabis strains are not one size fits all. I bought things I never would have if Franklin the awesome manager did not suggest it to me and I am so grateful. I only tried gorilla glue flower so far (works for pain!), but let me tell you...matter edibles work WONDERS especially the THC:CBD formulations and the disposable vapes are great (Lavender for pain and anxiety 10 out of 10 I recommend!). I added photos of 2 of my official go-to for pain as well. Definitely check out this location because I promise you will not be disappointed!! read more

Once again, I was ready to place an order. Their website made another mistake posting a different price for the item I wanted. This is my third time ordering with miscommunication and misleading information on their part. Off course they will not honor it. Sorry Mr Robles nothing we can do. read more

Verilife Dispensary - The post offered 60 capsules for that price. They are saying that's wrong and I only get 30 capsules for that price. - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Bronx, New York

This place has very friendly staff. I went about two weeks ago for the first time and I never consumed cannabis so I had no idea what I was doing. But the staff helped me pick the perfect product. I grabbed two disposable vape pens just to try it out and let me just say they gave me the relief that other medications failed to give me. Nys mmj need to amend the regulations though. The fact that certain conditions do not qualify is a bummer. Dispensaries also are forced to have limited options do to some strict regulations. read more

If you have you medical identification only . Felt like I was going to some vip section the way they ask for ID.

Oh I absolutely recommend this business. Everyone is very customer service oriented, friendly knowledgeable, and I have never had a bad experience. Since I have been going there. They're very helpful and always available for questions. I give them 10 stars keep up the good work guys!!! read more

I've had a great experience each time! The staff is very knowledgeable and have always made accurate recommendations which I never would have purchased. Awesome! read more

I like this place. Clean. Very professional. They help uou on uour concerns. The only thing that I don't like now is that there is no more home delivery. read more

Ariella assisted me and I must say this has been the best experience I've ever had shopping for cannabis. I've never had anyone walk me through things the way she did. This place gives you a doctors office feel and the consult was definitely giving me more pain-management vibes, than just shopping at a weed warehouse or something like typical dispensaries out in Cali. read more

Terrible customer service, And too much pulling out iD? You have to pull out your wallet and Id in the Street One! Then Have to Show ID and Once you reach the Help Desk Two, and Then Show Your ID a Third Time to Pick up a Marijuana RX that was already placed online. Just to go through all of that just to hear that you cannot use your debit card that was also noted online with your order. For a person with PTSD this is totally unacceptable and I will not be patronizing this establishment again.. read more

I went for the first time yesterday. I must say that i was in VERY VERY bad shape from the moment that i walked in. It's weird because i usually feel VERY EMBARRASSED & super self conscious about my condition especially when the symptoms take over. All the gentleman (from the front desk to the two that had a consultation with me) were SUPER nice & informative. They helped me when my symptoms were at it's worse and they even sped up the consultation just a little bit so i could purchase my medicine right away. They were very informative and compassionate. Their facility is very clean and inviting. There was even another patient in the waiting room that selflessly helped regulate my breathing and offered me her own apple juice to bring my sugar back up. I wish i remembered everyone's name but i would love to extend a big thank you. The feeling i felt in there at my worse was so welcoming. It was a very unusual experience but a good one none the less. Their prices are some of the best I've seen & their medicine is great! A few pulls of the vape pen and my nausea significantly went down. Thank you again PharmaCannis. I'll for sure be back & i appreciate the knowledgeable work & sincere compassion! read more

Excellent place. Everyone who works there is professional and friendly. They have a good knowledge of the product and what the patient needs. If you don't have a car I think it may be difficult to get there, but it does have the CHEAPEST medical marijuana in New York State. _______ read more

It's located in Hunts Point, for me that was a hassle. So, minus 1 star. But it's my understanding the product is better than others. I've been there 3 times, picked up vapes and the last time, capsules. Both work great if sleeping is a problem, the staff is informative and takes the time you need to answer any questions. If pain relief is what you need they will direct you to the right strain. I haven't tried other dispensaries in the metro area, again quality seemed to be an issue with them. Rather than finding out the hard way..the price, yes it's high as opposed to the street but it's pharma grade, you get what you pay for. Hopefully as it catches on the price will come down and the number of dispensaries will go up. read more

Everybody is so cool here. They're all helpful, and they're always interested in hearing people's opinions about the products they suggest. Now that they moved too, it's SO much easier to get there. Instead of driving to Hunt's point, I can leave my car in the lot and hop on the 4 train straight to Fordham Rd. Plus I just saw that they accept card payments now, which is fantastic. read more

The office was clean and the staff was very professional and helpful. I appreciate the security in place requiring a state issued ID and medical marijuana card (MM)before entering. I've been in a few sketchy MM facilities and this one is tops in terms of helpful staff, quality product and a clean, secure facility. read more

I'm a big fan of PharmaCannis. I was there only once, but I have a basis for comparison. I was also at MedMen and CuraLeaf. As for the customer service experience, I think they were all fine. I must say, it's still a little strange to be purchasing medicine that was, until recently, very illegal. But, it's a new world. What makes PharmaCannis stand out for me, from the competition, is the quality of the medicine. I purchased the blue indica vaporizer cartridge, and I use it to help me sleep. I had previously used the MedMen indica cartridge and this one is far superior. What I also like about PharmaCannis is that they deliver. This makes the inconvenience of going to the Hunts Point section of the Bronx less of an inconvenience. read more

Place is nice and super private, staff are pleasant professional and friendly However the prices are super high ! The price of one vape hybrid will get me two at cura leaf!!! If am ever desperate I guess is convenient as is a 10min drive from my home.... my closest cura leaf is forests hill, going there from the Bronx is a headache Product (I vape) are pretty decent and effective read more

I have been a customer here since the doors opened. I appreciate very much the quality of service I received from all the staff. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and treat you with courtesy and respect. I also like the quality of some of their products. Especially the hybrid vapes. Those are my favorite. Pharmacannis has the strongest available products and the best prices compared to other dispensaries. This is probably why you'll find pharmacannis products being sold at other dispensaries. If you order online at leafly.com you'll get through so much faster, zero wait time. I would highly recommend pre_ordering before you arrive. read more

I can not express how much I adore this company, their people and their DELIVERY humans. I am disabled, live in Brooklyn and they deliver from the Bronx! I have never physically stepped foot in their brick and mortar. Because I was previously registered with Columbia Care, I never had to go there. Also, their products are excellent. Their pharmacy staff are incredibly knowledgeable AND let me stress again...they deliver. Oh and did I mention their prices are WAY less expensive (for a better product) then Columbia Care? If you live in the 5 boroughs and have your card and prescription in order, really you should call them. read more

Worst experience of my life . Will never return to this company again ! Walked in and was having a conversation with the girl at the front desk. Then the manager comes out and asked me to step outside so someone else can walk in before me. I walk with a cane daily due to my injuries and drove over an hour to this location.they expect you to stand outside when you were there first with no place to sit down. No benches no chairs nothing. I highly doubt they're even doing any lab testing on this "medicine" Will leave this state to find medicine before i will return here ... other patients also report very dark oils from this location as well . We are patients not customers !!!! read more

I really like this place, even though everyone says it's in Hunts Point, blah, blah, blah. Their product actually does what it promotes it will do (they provide more emphasis on strain types). It also doesn't break the bank as it's one of the least expensive dispensaries we have. Their staff is also very good & smart which is very important nowadays. The first purchase I made from them for two vape cartridges didn't go well as one of the cartridges lip piece broke that night when I attempted to use it normally exposing the oil, etc. I notified them ASAP & was surprised when they told me they were aware of the issue already & that they would give me a new more durable cartridge free of charge. These guys seem to value customer service which works well for me. More along that line, their dispensary is the only one I have been to that offers free coffee & tea which is a nice touch sometimes. Again I really like this place but I am really worried things may change due to their merger with MedMen. Time will tell. Until then or hopefully if then never comes, I will continue going here. read more

horrible place!!! yes they might be the cheapest around but you will go through their stuff fast!!!!!! also they might be sweet in the beginning but then they give you issues and can't be bothered with you and don't be fooled by their delivery service cause after doing it 2x on the 3rd they tell you all spots are filled!!! what???? i was never told that only a certain number of people could sign up for a delivery on the day they deliver to your area!!!! they make it sound so wonderful when they are really laughing behind your backs because the system works a different way. i am sorry i wasted my money on this place! it drained me fast and they have workers that talk down to you! please pay the extra and go somewhere else that not only have better product but nicer people working and that are knowledgeable!!!!! read more

When you finally get to the prompt where you think you're going to speak to someone, I followed the instructions, hit number One three times and then they hang up on you. I called back, tried it again, same result. I was very very very upset as I am in a lot of PAIN!!! read more

THIS PLACE IS FREAKING HORRIBLE. Wrong hours posted, refused to let me in with my card AND my full paper certification. Today I tried for the second time. No wonder people are still buying illegal stuff in the street when people who are actually sick and need this for medication can't even use their legal documents to get it. read more
