People drive from far to eat here and it's not unusual to be sitting in the company of sports and entertainment industry professionals and personalities. The food is a fusion French and Moroccan; with a local flare. All ingredients are organic and locally sourced. Our lunch started with a organic local greens mesclun salad and Bastilla - a Morocan baked filo dough with minced beef, cinnamon, nuts, powdered sugar and orange pesto base sauce; this dish is an orgasm on a plate, a definite must try! The Bavette de boeuf which is a fancy French way of naming a beef flank steak was exceptionally tender and cooked to perfection, served with organic asparagus, roasted onions green beans and potatoe Au jus. Our waiter insisted that we try a the house's signature secret dish that is not on the menu: Wild salmon filet baked inside an orange infused dinner filo pastry with Mandarin and pumpkin spread: My tastebuds were on cloud nine #FoodPorn at its best!!! We ordered the Morrocan Orange infused peppermint tea and, to our surprise, it was an experience seeing it prepared right in front of our eyes: a ton of fresh peppermint leaves and spices in boiling water served in a traditional and artsy Moroccan Kettle and glasses. The mini sweet baklava and biscotti nut bites accompaniment were a nice touch. No wonder people drive from far to experience LTB's exceptional food and hospitality, definitely true to all the hype! #NewRavingFan #FoodPorn

Came to the one in Brossard and note that there is free parking that is available. I ordered the fish and chips with the Caesar salad for an appetizer. I knew this place was gonna be pricey, but at least the decor helped match the ambiance of the food. Drinks were a very reasonable price and the food was delicious. A bit a bit pricey for the appetizers. A Caesar salad was in the $15 range my colleagues who had the beef tour said it was delicious and very fresh. My fish and chips came with a side of peas, which I personally didn't care for, but it did add a little bit of colour to the plate. The fish was very tender and crispy, and the fries were seasoned just right. For dessert had a chocolate mousse which topped off tonight beautifully. The place looks very luxurious inside and reminds me of a nice warm inviting restaurant. Service is top-notch with our waiter being needed and not there when not needed. I would definitely recommend this for a date night or any special occasion as they can accommodate any size groups as long as you reserve ahead of time.

We wanted to try the Tomahawk but it wasn't on the menu so we decided to do steak on another day. To drink we ordered the apple cider. The cider was delicious and very crispy like I was eating a Cortland apple. We were served crispy bread with herb butter. The bread was crispy like toast and the butter was soft. It came with a small jar of baby dill pickles. They had a good crunch! We started with the lobster bisque. This bisque was very tasty. We could taste the lobster and it was very light; not a heavy or overly creamy soup. Pooh ordered the seafood risotto and I took the Dijon chicken. Both dishes were amazing. Pooh really enjoyed his risotto. He likes the addition of zucchini to give it a little crunch . The seafood was cooked to perfection. My chicken was super tender. I could taste the Dijon mustard. The mashed potatoes were smooth and the green beans were crispy and cooked perfectly. Our server was very polite and checked on us regularly. He apologized for not getting the wine when our meal arrived. Our only complaint was the wine. Usually the wine arrives right before the meal but our meal arrived first and we ate slowly as we waited for the wine to come. The wine arrived five minutes later and the server explained that it wasn't cold enough to give us. By the time I finished eating (because we had to wait for the wine) my potatoes were cold. We finished our evening with dessert. I had the lemon-in-a-jar and Pooh had the Crème brûlée. Pooh's crème brûlée was perfect. My lemon dessert was too sweet. The tartness of the lemon was overpowered by the sweetness of the almond crumble We enjoyed our meal and the service was excellent but they need to put the white wine in a cooler sooner.

My husband's rack of lamb was delicious, although the portion was disappointingly smaller than expected. My lobster salad, unfortunately, came with a vinaigrette dressing that was far too sour--and that's coming from someone who loves vinegar! What ultimately elevated this dining experience to four stars was the Grand Marnier soufflé we enjoyed for dessert. It was the perfect finale to our evening and left us with a wonderful last impression!

Our waitresses recommendations were fire. We enjoyed: Complementary bread: it was soft on inside and appropriately crunchy but not overly so on the outside. Plus two huge pieces cut into 4 pieces individually. Beef tartare: at 20 cad it was a little pricy for how much you got but the taste was great and I'm a fan of comte cheese. Plus it didn't have capers which imo overwhelms tartares. Duck with carrot: as a Chinese person I've had my share of duck but this might be the best duck I've ever had in my life. The texture and cook on it was awesome! First it came with three pieces of breast. It was the perfect cook, not over like most of the places I've had duck. Then the leg had the perfect crispy fatty skin to meat ratio. Yum yum this is a can't miss dish here Burger: husband got this. I took a bite. It had a nice smoke to it and was perfectly medium rare. I was too distracted by my duck to analyze it further. Raspberry jelly for dessert: as the waitress had mentioned, it was light and a perfect sweet but tart bite. Was great! The salad mentonnaise used really fresh radicchio and pine nuts. The orange vinaigrette gave the salad a really nice touch. The Dijon leek emulsion for the leeks vinaigrette was really neat, and helped give the braised leeks a lot of charcacter. The environs were pleasant, with windows open to air out a hot and humid day.
