Fast, Professional Service…read more Working with Manny Dias and his team has been the best home improvement experience we have had in Steamboat Springs. He offered guidance on design ideas. Showed up everyday, on time until the job was completed. Manny took pride in his teams work and came back a week later to review the job. He also took our call while he was on his Christmas vacation which I have not experienced before. Outstanding team and we will be using them again for our renovation projects in Steamboat and Fort Collins.

The first estimate was approximately $10,200 mostly because they said I needed 122 yd.² (1100 sf)…read more All their line item estimates on their bid were extremely high compared to industry standards I am in construction and I felt like this was ridiculously high. I had the girl that did the estimate take out all the fluff and it was still $6650 dollars. It's only two small bedrooms, a hall, and a closet. I measured them and figured the square footage to be 460 ft.² with no waist. I consulted a carpet installer and he agreed with me that I needed approximately 68 yd.². I purchased slightly more expensive carpet from a competitor and hired that carpet installer and I am getting the job done for $3400. I would not trust AFW! Beware, I'm not sure if they are just inexperienced or if they are just looking for huge paychecks from unsuspecting people?? I am not going back there for anything!

We love the work Silverback did on our 800 sq ft covered patio, front patio, and double driveway…read more They are meticulous about their work, and often work extra time to ensure everything is to the owner's satisfaction. In this area, even summers can present weather challenges to get the work completed as expected. The owners are genuine, honest, fair and very hardworking. Their price, we feel, was comparable the amount of work required to complete our project to our satisfaction. Talk to them, let them know what you need and they will work very hard to deliver. We would definitely hire this team again.

Had an appointment scheduled for a week. Stayed home waiting for them to come. After 15 minutes…read morelate, I called them. They answered immediately. Said they were busy and couldn't make it and were out of range.... yet they answered when I called. (Why didn't they call me?) I would not do business with folks and companies run this way. I suggest you do not either. The only way you can teach people they can't screw with other people's time is by not dealing with them. Bad, bad service! Call other companies and not these folks!!!!!! About an hour after writing this, I got a call apologizing for not calling and letting me know they couldn't make it. I accepted their apology, but it still cost me a day of my time (the appt was to be at 11am). Said she didn't write down my phone number initially. I know stuff happens in life...just wish they would have been better organized to let me know sooner!!

Awesome! Gary Wall…read morejust finished up a basement remodel for us that we were extremely pleased with. Gary had wonderfully creative ideas to bring to the table. He was able to take an existing furnace and utility room, redesign it, and give us quite a bit of extra basement space. That was a real unexpected bonus for us as we hadn't considered this possibility at all. There were a number of other difficulties with the existing space that Gary was able to work through in short order. Also, the workmanship was excellent all the way around. The finished product definitely exceeded all expectations. We would highly recommend Gary Wall & Associates for any building/finishing project. Diane & Fred Glover Clark, Colorado 80428
