After confirming at 9 AM the day before start, I received a call from Western at 3 PM to let us know they had just taken a large tree removal project and would not be able to start the following day as committed pushing us out to an indeterminate start date. A respected contractor referred us to Steamboat Lightscapes who were not only able to fit us in their schedule two weeks later but also performed with the utmost professional and integrity. Dustin was in constant communication with us from start to finish and his team were self-driven, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. We had 6 very large trees to remove and all were taken down without any damage to anything on our property. The job was started and completed on time and exceeded all expectations.
