As my husband sits there at 9:30 with no phone call or arrival from this guy, he leaves him a voicemail. What does this man do then, he TEXTS my husband and says truck problems, not today! Are you kidding me? Not only does this man not call, he texts and doesn't even try to resolve this problem. So then, I leave him a voicemail stating how he acted was unprofessional and that he could of extended some professional courtesy to us. After explaining the situation the owner of the company walked through what he thought the issue would be. He thought it would be an easy fix and it was. He was open and honest and wasn't trying to take advantage of over charging me to fix a simple problem. If I couldn't fix it on my own I was comfortable paying his reasonable fee to fix it. He followed up to see if it still needed to be fixed. Although I was able to fix it (with his help) in the next 1 - 2 years I am hoping to do some remodeling and definitely would feel comfortable reaching out to Alpha Omega to work on the electrical.
