Once his assessment concluded, he met with my husband and me to go over what he found. Brian was very knowledgeable about the different systems, appliances, and the different lifespan of the materials used to build the home. He shared his observations and recommendations with confidence leaving us feeling sure that the house was in good condition. He made it easy to access the final report when it was complete, followed up, letting us know he was available, and happy to answer any questions. It was a pleasure working with him.

This was the most professional home inspection we have performed over several years for several properties. Overall an excellent service and value.

Paul is terrific! When I heard he started his business, I didn't really think we would need him…read more We have various people we've called on for work in the house, repairs, etc Boy, was I wrong!!! Paul really can do everything we can think of to throw at him. We called Paul when we had lights go out in our 30' ceiling. In his first call, he replaced all our ceiling lights and straightened out a ceiling light fixture that no one could get to stay in place despite multiple attempts over the last 5 years. Then he serviced our plumbed in humidifiers, straightened our kitchen cabinet doors, rebuilding one that was coming apart, fixed a subwoofer in our Sprinter RV, replaced broken and missing window valences and helped us remove and dispose of a couch. He is now servicing our boat outboard and hydraulic steering and has consulted with our next door neighbor on a Nest thermostat system installation I think that's it at the moment. We are now noticing all of the little repair jobs around the house and have yet to find something he can't handle, but we will keep trying

I don't even know where to start with this guy. I called him out to fix a simple garage door issue,…read moreand somehow the whole experience turned into a bizarre, unpleasant spectacle. First off, he showed up late with zero communication. When he finally arrived, he barely explained what he was doing and acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking basic questions. The work itself felt rushed, and I'm still not convinced the problem is actually fixed. But the real kicker? After finishing up, he peeled out of the neighborhood in his truck and *literally rolled coal* on a group of pedestrians walking by. Like... what? Completely unnecessary, disrespectful, and honestly embarrassing behavior for someone representing a service business. If you're looking for professionalism, courtesy, or just basic decency, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of people who can fix a garage door without turning it into a bad story you have to explain to your neighbors.
