All the way from Jana on the client services side who was meeting me on the weekends to help look at granite slabs, finishes, etc - literally meeting me on Memorial Day--talk about going the extra mile! She won my business by being friendly, turning bids around in a speedy manner and walking me thru the process of getting new countertops. Then the owner, Robert, also came to our house to check over things, make recommendations, etc. Today, Dino and his crew (9 people!) came to install a VERY large island! They took their time, in talking thru the process of how best to bring the material in. And then made sure the installation was flawless! The entire crew was friendly, professional and you can tell take great pride in their work. While I don't plan on needing countertops for a long time- I highly recommend using this company!!! I instructed the installers to discuss the location with me before placing the island cabinets. They ignored my request and set the island in a poor location. Heather of the kitchen center, when the issue was brought up, promptly told me that I didn't tell them to talk to me before placing it (according to the installer's word) and that I'm out of luck because it "can't be fixed". She went on to tell me how she doesn't trust that I asked the installers to consult with me before placement, basically insinuating that I am lying. When confronted about that, she said, "just admit that you just don't like it and now want to change things", even though the prints given to the installers didn't have the dimension for placement in question. I've never had such poor customer service on a high ticket item. Extremely disappointed in Heather, her installers, and the kitchen center. Basically, once they get your money, they're done with you regardless of how things turn out. Go somewhere else in town.

They put in a seamless drop down sink that looks amazing & again, so easy to keep clean. Silas & his crew are professional & great to work with. In addition to my kitchen makeover- they put new tabletops on my living room coffee tables. I had nice rod iron end tables that peeled & got scratched on the surface. Silas put new tabletops on them made from solid surface & they look amazing. I highly recommend this company, they do excellent work & you will be very happy with the end results.
