I am in the process of purchasing a home in Grand Junction and needed to have a home inspection…read moredone on it. Due to my schedule and wanting to be there when the inspection took place, I called Ed to schedule an inspection. He normally doesn't do Saturday inspections but he was very friendly and helpful and did it for me anyway. Ed did an EXTREMELY thorough inspection of the home, inside and out. I have over 30 years in the construction industry and I am always leery of how much an inspector "actually" knows, but Ed exceeded my expectations with his wide sweeping knowledge of all the aspects of construction. Within an hour of the completion of the inspection, his in depth report of the inspection came across my email. I give my highest recommendation to Ed of Apex Home Inspection.

This Family owned operation is amazing! My swamp cooler went out on a Saturday night. Unfixable…read more I waited to call until Monday. Karen answered, listened to my situation and immediately said "I will get the Guys out to measure today" I was blown away from the sense of urgency Karen gave to my situation. It was 90 degrees in my house. her Sons, Nate and Tucker did come out eventhough I was at work. When I got home at 5pm, Rob, Karen's husband was at my home. He wanted to confirm the measurements his sons had made since my installation was not typical. The very next day, Nate and Tucker were at my home dismantling my rotten old cooler. They had to have a piece manufactured to properly fit my roof and did so in less than 2 hours. I had a brand new unit, installed with professionalism literaly less than 48 hours from my first call monday morning. I dont know any other company who would put my dire cooling situation in the fore front of a hugely busy summer. THANK YOU DOUBLETREE! Your customer service goes above and beyond what many companies are now giving! I will recommend this company with a 5 star rating! Thanks Doubletree!
