The suit separates are fabulous. Having a short rise (sitting on the waist) fit and wanting a tapered slimmer look, Hugo Boss pants are perfect. He has excellent taste and suggestions, with a very good eye for figuring out sizes efficiently. He never tries to push you on sales, he just presents what looks great and lets you decide. I have purchased 3 suits, 10 shirts and 3 neckties with Joseph's assistance and have not regretted a thing. I definitively recommend becoming a member of Brooks Brothers' rewards program as well, since you will get points towards money off future purchases. The outlet itself offers good values on a daily basis, such as 2 dress shirts for $159 or 2 suits for $799. What makes Brooks Brothers so great is that all of their pieces are built to work with each other. The Navy trousers you buy today will be the same color Navy trousers you see in-store 25 years down the road. Colors stay consistent, so you can add to your wardrobe as time goes by. One thing I wish I would have done is starting my suit collection with a Navy colored one. It is definitely the "workhorse" suit- going with virtually every shirt I have purchased. You can't go wrong with a Navy suit! When you are ready to look like a million bucks without spending a million bucks, go see Joseph at Brooks Brothers Outlet!

September 15 2026 - 5:00pm…read more Horrible experience. My husband and I walked in because we were interested in getting a tuxedo for an upcoming wedding. A young employee greeted us, and when we explained what we were looking for, he went to get a coworker. He then proceeded to tell his coworker that he was already clocked out. The employee who ended up helping us clearly seemed inexperienced, while there were two other gentlemen working there who appeared to have much more experience but did not step in to assist. On top of that, we overheard them having a conversation about butt plugs, which was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate to be discussing in front of customers. I have previously worked in both a bridal store and a tuxedo store, so I understand how these businesses should operate and the level of customer service expected. Unfortunately, this experience was beyond disappointing and very unprofessional. We definitely will not be returning.

I wanted to leave this message to management regarding their training program…read more Had an encounter with a new team member that left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a 20 plus year customer. Had a pleasant chat with a sales person about shopping for a Father's Day gift, it was helpful. Once I found the item, made an effort to look for their register to make the purchase. This could be considered a luxury garment, it's a special occasion & thought it'ld be nice to have a garment bag for the present. When asked, the team member excused themselves and returned with the gift enclosed in a dry cleaners type, flimsy plastic bag knotted at the bottom. I was a bit puzzled since the person seems to be professional and understood. When asked again, they checked w' another team member & returned with the comment more or less: "that kind of bag could not be given to me because of that kind of spend..." The tone was different and seemed discourteous. In a normal way asked how much I could purchase one for. I'ld like to say that I wasn't asking based on the retail or the final sales price of the garment (good value), it was from what I thought was a conversation about me finding a cool gift. During 20+ years as a purchasing customer, haven't needed anything like this so thought it was a reasonable ask. It was suggested that I could go to customer service, maybe they could provide one, but were not sure? I would've preferred a simple no thank you, that's not available rather than the snarky, condescending remark. The back-and-forth thing over such an incidental request was also unnecessarily time-consuming, this was an overall dissatisfying experience. ENDS

Life sparkles when we do!…read more We all possess a special and unique ability. A certain type of skill, intelligence, and ability. Why not let that shine through sometimes! Be the sparkles that others need in life. Now as an individual for example "I can be!" I get to be the shine! I get to be the shine because of Betsy Johnson and her passion for creating gorgeous works of wow. They sell here at Dillards now Betsy. Her whimsical and wonderful voice can be found in all her creations. Each piece either a beautiful bag or pair of sneakers with shiny sparkles all over them is unique. The staff members in the shoe department were more than happy to help us out we just fell in love with the sparkling new sneakers. After wearing these time after time, an amazing pair of shoes. No aches nor pain. In fact for seven dollars extra they cost the shoe with some sort of protective spray to make it look more shiny and appealing . After wearing the sparkling sneakers from Betsy Johnson to "When we are Young," no issues came to be . No blisters of any sort . The cashier assured us that his wife loves Betsy too and they are not just glitz and glam but practical for every day if needed . You can find it at Dillards . We were just out looking and found a new bag. Or a new bag found me . And those sparkly shoes. They are just too cute. My inner child loves these shoes as we sparkle and shine now the world can see it glimmer too.

A few weeks ago I stopped in to buy some black slacks. I tried them on quickly, purchased them and was out of the store in minutes. After I got home I took them out of the bag and set them on our ottoman so my wife could take them to get altered ( they were 34/30 and I'm closer to 34/28). The next day she noticed the stitching near the zipper and also near the crotch was coming undone. Not worn, not washed. So she put them in my car when I got home and recommended I exchange them. Returned to MW a week later on my day off and the one young kid working there said he could not return them due to the damage and a small dust stain. Keep in mind, they sold them to me, already having shoddy stitching. My fault for not inspecting them more thoroughly when I bought them, but I was in a hurry and never had a problem with their products before. The young man said a manager would have to approve the exchange, so I asked when the manager would be in. I went back today after work, said pants in a MW bag, without the tags, unfortunately (wife tossed them out). Walked in the store, 3 young guys at the counter on their phones, no greeting until I got to the counter. Also, no other customers present. Explained the situation to the "manager", Micheal, and after a quick look he refused to return, exchange or even credit me, stating he would not return them because of the damage and lack of tags. I persisted, stating I know they can return them to the manufacturer for credit, so what's the big deal. He denied me again and said he would not exchange them, obviously trying to impress his 2 coworkers with his "Manager" title. I left the pants and told him I won't return again. You lost 15-20 loyal customers over a cocky, arrogant kid and a $90 pair of slacks. One more note, it would seem that this kid has cost you customers before (see Samuel D's review from 10 months ago).
