This will not be my place, unfortunately. The salon is cute and the people were very friendly ,so I was hopeful. It was really strange when they just laid me back in the chair right out in the open in front of everyone! The place I'm used to going takes you to a private room where you lay down on a bed and they give you warm blankets to cover up . It makes it very relaxing , while they work their magic. Here it was cold and it felt really strange to lay back in an uncomfortable chair , out in the open , in front of everybody , to have the service done! I do wish I would've left before having it done, now. Unfortunately, my right eyelashes took, but my left eye did not! So now I am stuck, looking very strange with my right eyelashes curled, and my left lashes not! . I haven't called to complain because I know I can't get it redone. I have to wait the course of a few months until the solution is off of my lashes to return to the place that does do a great job. I felt it was important to let people know this , because it sucks that my eyes look completely different! My right lashes are pretty and awake and my left eye looks bare unless I put a few coats of mascara on it to try to match my right eye. I do want to end on a positive note , saying that the girls were very friendly and the salon looked cute and clean so maybe try it for a different service but not the lash lift and tint!

Went to one...had a strong feeling they were using too much adhesive, but also, the end results were just never consistent. And I wanted hybrid extensions that look pretty but natural. Elle is knowledgeable, super thorough, precise and professional. She is so detail oriented, explains everything to you, has incredibly high standards for her work, and it SHOWS. At the risk of having her get even busier, I had to sing her praises. It's hard to find professionals who deserve it these days and really take their time to give their clients FLAWLESS results. But Elle is one of them! And she cares not just how your lashes look but about the health of your lashes! She is the best!!

It was my first time getting a lash lift, and I'll admit that during the process I truly wondered if it was worth it haha. The process is uncomfortable but the results are amazing. Now that I know how good it is I can't go back to the way my eyes used to be lol. I don't even need makeup in the morning! Her place is small, but clean, organized and cozy. Safety and cleanliness was a big concern for me and I wasn't disappointed. I heard her washing her hands frequently after touching things so I didn't feel skeezed out. I'll be back in when I need a new lift!

Warm greeting and she offered water, restroom before we got started. She went over what we were getting . I got the wet look and previous place I went to they used a certain curl "M " so I asked about it, and she recommended based off my eye shape. I appreciated that very much. She recommended a size that would fit me. Everyone eye and face is different so that made me very comfortable. Dima will let you know what you will be doing as soon as you lay down and believe me you'll be comfortable. I love she takes her time and perfect everything. She showed my finished result and I was in love. I haven't had the right size curl pattern in years and I never knew. I don't like the over dramatic overly super long lashes or the super curl that I never thought would fit my face. I love my lashes, I love this true wet look. I love how the quality of the lashes are and they fit my face and not those thick lashes we see everywhere. You can tell she cares about the integrity of her work. she could've easily charged me with the "M " lash I mentioned but she wasn't trying to get over. I appreciate that so much. Anyone else would have easily charged extra for anything but she will tell you what she feels look appropriate for your eyes and explain why. I don't live in Miami but If I can come here to get my lashes done I will. I have been other cities and she is literally the first that truly fit my face and my lashes didn't over power me.

I now have full, fluffy, thick beautiful brows that look so natural! I came with zero expectations because I wasn't sure what improvements could be made to my awkward shape. When my new brows were revealed I was totally blown away! I told Madison I was never someone who felt their brows had to be perfect to leave the house but that they always frustrated me. I didn't realize the impact my brows had. I now have a new fresh breath of confidence due to my results. I was a model for a student and Madison showed me that she is truly a professional. I felt included and like a regular client. I enjoyed being a model because I got to listen in on the process which is METICULOUS! She is a perfectionist; she takes her time and includes you in the process to ensure that you will be happy with the results and to keep you comfortable while being worked on. Her thoroughness is not limited to your brows, the booking process is very thorough! READ HER MATERIALS she answers every question you can have from where to park to pre/after care. I felt informed and prepared before ever stepping foot in the studio. Speaking of the studio, it is clean, organized, and comfortable. Literally everything was sanitized AND clean (there is a difference!) The chair you sit in is covered with a disposable cover (not crunchy paper). Everyone is wearing masks and gloves AND gloves are changed after touching things like phones. My temperature was checked upon entry and there is someone at the door to ensure no one can just walk in. Overall I'm a picky and critical person and I was EXTREMELY impressed with every aspect of my microblading session I mentioned booking my second session before even seeing my results bc I just knew I was in good hands!
