The office is nicely decorated and has lots of stuff to occupy while waiting. I've had a couple dentists after settling with Dr Jennifer. She's very nice and has great bedside manner. All of the hygienists are personable. Fees are pretty much average. Doesn't take too long to get an appointment. They offer reminders by phone, email & text. Direct billing to most insurance companies however they will no coordinate benefits for you. The patient pays still has to pay the dentist even though they submit the claim on your behalf. They close early on Fridays. Open 2 evenings a week. All & all a great staff, great service. Will be sticking with this office.

She is friendly, informative and a true leader. Her ability to stay focused and calm during chaos is an inspiration to all of the office staff and interns around her. As an example, I was having a tooth extracted and after 5 injections of anesthesia, my tooth was still sensitive and I was yelling and freaking out like a crazy man - Dr. Javadi calmed me down with her soothing tone and brought out the laughing gas and got the job done. My apologies to the staff and clients who I might have scared that day :-) Marlene Heics is the best Hygienist that I have ever had and is completely thorough! Knowing my medical history, every session starts with Marlene taking my blood pressure and doing an oral exam and she refers any findings to Dr. Javadi immediately - as an example, she texted Dr. Javadi over a weekend to remind her about my condition. The professional staff at the reception is always on top of me to keep my appointments, re-book immediately when I have to cancel due to business travel and never let me mismanage by own oral healthcare. Let me tell you, I have had cavities done that were more painful then the root canal. Dr Pasad is so patient and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The hygienists are all great as well, be it with us adults or for the kids. If your looking for a dentist where your kids can go as well this is definitely the place to go. I no longer live in Brampton, but will never go anywhere else for my dental health or my families dental health.
