There is NEVER a wait (I have been here three times in the past 2 months, both my friends have had appointments, and there have never been any waits for longer than 5 minutes) 2. They have ODA pricing which is what most dental plans will cover. Despite the fact that this office is in Toronto, there is no random other superficial up-charges for normal services. (This was the main reason I initially chose this dentist). 3. They do an excellent job! My teeth were cleaned really well, the hygienist (who's name escapes me, but she was fantastic) was so friendly. They also run specials and promos (I got my annual exam and teeth cleaning and they threw in a free whitening session). 4. Appointments are super easy and correspondence is super quick! Their secretary Stacey does a great job to help fit appointments in ASAP and at times that work for you. 5. They have after work and weekend hours! She did, however, took a few X-rays of my teeth to make sure they were healthy. We also took advantage of our visit to get X-rays taken of my daughter's teeth. I was advised to get a night retainer and they proceeded to scan my teeth to get me a new and proper retainer. The other great ladies in the office where as delicate as Dr. A Valiushka, being very aware that most people don't like having any work done in their mouth. I must say, these are the most delicate dental workers I have ever gone to. They will be our "Forever Dentist" from now on. And we don't even live in Canada! Have I mentioned we also had fun?

This place is just as effective as the transit system with dentists and hygienists shuffling back and forth between operatories. Dr. Khanna is wonderfully competent, friendly and talkative. Her first name is Mita and she told me how she was raised in Burlington and completed her Honours Bachelor of Science at McMaster and we cross-referenced people we know until we hit on some mutual acquaintances - small world. There was some dental work that happened too, but it's not a big part of my memory and so overall the whole affair was a good experience.
