I thought the procedure was going to be long and nasty. Believe it or not, it was actually quite enjoyable. Unlike other dentists, he explained what he was going to do before each step. I felt much more comfortable when I knew what exactly the doctor was doing to me. The procedure was done neatly and painlessly before I even realized. When I felt painful in my gum around that tooth 6mth later, I called the office and the receptionist was very nice to book me a consult on the same day. The assistant took the X-Ray free of charge. Dr Partnoy explained my X-ray thoroughly and confirmed my bone healed well. He advised me to get a crown instead of the permanent fillings, which was the same reason as what I expected. The team is absolutely professional and I would recommend here to anyone who needs to do a root canal.

I was referred to Endodontic Specialists by Dr. Robert Feeley of Downtown Dental Centre for a root canal. I simply can't recommend Dr. Glen Partnoy highly enough. He was very professional, straight and to the point. He explained the diagnosis thoroughly in terms I could understand and prepared me for the procedure. All in all it took less than an hour. Dr. Partnoy prescribed me pain meds but honestly I have felt no post-op discomfort of any kind. At then end of the day my insurer Manulife only designated eligible $934 out of $1355 for the root canal fee. They only pay the prevailing rate for a dentist to perform root canals as opposed to a specialist. For me I will be going to Endodontic Specialists everytime--it's worth it!

In my quest to find a decent dentist in the area, I discovered Dr. Vincent Strazzeri from word of mouth, as friends and family were really happy about their experience with him. A relative underwent tooth extraction with him weeks ago and sang nothing but praises (again, how many people can say that, really?). I've normally visited on weekends and while it gets very busy, staff are extremely efficient (you don't wait longer than 5 minutes from your scheduled appointment time). In short, Dr. Strazzeri is patient, takes time to get to know you, is extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, doesn't try to up-sell. I had concerns (and fears) that I would need to undergo wisdom tooth extraction (terrifying, I know), and unlike dentists in the past, he took a look and an x-ray and honestly told me I wouldn't need it. He's very thorough, and really takes the time to address your concerns. Wonderful bedside manner. His staff and hygenists are also patient, kind, and knowledgeable - basically, this clinic has everything you would ever want in a dentist. The clinic isn't very big, and the waiting area is pretty small, but that isn't a concern for me. Also note that they also put your insurance claims through for you so you don't need to file anything yourself. After a couple of visits, I'm a loyal patient. I'd highly recommend this clinic.

I've been only going to a dental hygienist over the years and decided to come here because my brother referred me. My brother got his wisdom teeth removed here and they did ok. So might as well get my teeth cleaned and be examined by the dentist regarding my wisdom teeth at the same place. However, from my experience, I have to say this place is horrible. I called a head asking for prices and if my insurance fully covered teeth cleaning. The current place I visited had full coverage, I didn't have to pay anything at all. I told the receptionist this. The receptionist at this dentist office confirmed to me that I had full coverage for dental cleaning and procedures at their clinic too and I did not need to pay anything when I visit. So I decided to get my teeth cleaned here. On the day of my appointment, I didn't fill out any forms before getting my teethed cleaned. I filled out the forms after my teeth were cleaned. The hygienist and receptionist was really pushy with making me get my X-rays done even though I told her I would like to only get the X-ray to check for wisdom teeth. I did not want to get the X-ray for cavities as I already took them at my other dentist a few months back. She proceeded with the cleaning but I felt like she didn't clean my teeth well. She would scrape a little and then rinse and then scrape and rinse some more. I felt like she spent most of the time rinsing and sucking out the water rather than actually cleaning my teeth. Overall, my teeth did not feel as clean as expected when you visit a dentist. Besides that, when I was done. The secretary made me fill out all the necessary forms and then charged me for the cleaning. I was not expecting this because when I called a week prior to my appointment they told me that my insurance fully covers the cleaning like my dental hygienist and I did not need to pay anything. The secretary told me the plan changed, but my insurance goes by yearly. So clearly they lied to me. There's no way that my plan changed in a week. They obviously are not full coverage but state they are. Pretty much lied to me and tricked me into coming to get my teeth cleaned here and the charging me. I even brought my boyfriend to get his teeth cleaned here too. In the end, I ended up paying around $70, on top of that they also charged my insurance. My boyfriend ended up paying around $80. I tried talking to the manger but she was not in that day. So my mom called to complain for me a few days later because it was their mistake. The manager offered to send me a credit. It's been about month or more since then. However the credit of about $70 never came in the mail. Clearly this place is a SCAM. The people here are not honest or trustworthy. They lie to you to get your business. Avoid visiting this place at all costs.

Prices are competitive with other dental offices. And the front desk will text/call you leading up to your appointment, so you don't miss it.
