My manager initially had not wanted to make the investment for valet services (back in December), but two days before the event, (as dangerous was forecasted), management decided hiring Valet parking 1991 was necessary. Jose Brito was very responsive. In December, he returned my call promptly and submitted a quote within days. He was equally responsive two days before the event. Their service was impeccable. The drives were punctual, even in the inclement weather, their uniforms were clean and they were immensely polite and professional. They even helped some of our guests in with their packages (above and beyond). We are extremely grateful that Mr. Brito was able to accommodate us on very short notice. I would hire in the future and feel confident recommending their services. Top Notch!

To my friends at SP+ Parking,…read more My wife, two daughters, and I were traveling on the way back from Punxsutawney, PA when we decided to cruise to ole ChiTown for the evening (We learned this is what some locals call it). Upon arrival at our hotel, we were greeted by the Valet with a big smile and the man even gave me a high five! Once we gathered our belongings, it was not difficult to navigate to our humble abode for the evening. Once inside our hotel room, we were feeling like having a night in, so we decided to head out for some popcorn, soda, and, naturally, a Papa John's Double Cheeseburger Pizza (Although we had to go to the one off of Cermak which set us back a bit - but still a great location!) Once we were back, instead of going to the hotel room, we actually utilized the TV we had brought with us for our trip in the back of the Honda Odyssey and utilized our Valet Parking spot from SP+ more than we thought we ever would! This will be a night to remember from our trip, and it wasn't just because Papa John's was running a promotion for the Double Cheeseburger Pizza, either! HIGHLY recommend, and the man that was on duty for the most of the evening was incredibly friendly! I believe his name was Mike or Michael? Be sure to say hi to him next time you stop in! Thanks, SP+!

My car was STOLEN and I was ROBBED while SP+ Parking had my car, and they have done NOTHING:…read more I stayed at the Sofitel, Chicago (20 East Chestnut Street) on the evening of Friday, June 9-10th, 2017, and at approximately 12:10 AM my rental car was stolen from right outside the hotel, in the valet parking spot. Between Sofitel Hotel, Chicago (owned by Accor Hotels) and Standard Parking, Chicago (dba SP+), neither reached out to me after the robbery. Sofitel reimbursed my $71/night valet, but my rental car, golf clubs, or any of my other belongings that were stolen from their property, are all still missing; two weeks later. SP Valet has not responded to any of my emails, or called me, I was provided the number for Sofitel security where they have the robbery all on surveillance camera, Accor never responded to my emails; nothing. The only helpful person was Mike in Security. Even the very next morning, after a late night dealing with car theft from Sofitel's/SP+ parking spot, in front of their hotel, they took off the valet charge and asked if they could hold my luggage behind the counter while I called my Uber. They have the guy on tape, but they haven't shown the video to anyone . . . wouldn't you want to see if any of the employees saw the guy? Maybe grabbed the license plate of the car they came with (which was a stolen car also). I'm a young woman traveling by myself in Chicago, and live in Ft Lauderdale. Imagine if this happened to your daughter, and the hotel brushed it off like they accidentally charged me for a soda from the wet bar. No one has even asked if I am okay . . . I was ROBBED at Sofitel's Hotel! Hotel's are supposed to be accommodating like your staying at a friends house while your traveling . . . would a friend ignore your calls/emails? A friend not reach out to offer some assistance, or see how your doing? Instead, my friend, Sofitel paid for my Uber, and sent me home; and that was that. It has been almost two weeks, and the car is still missing, along with my only cherished physical item, my golf clubs. I've only had them since April because it took me since September 2015 to save for them. Terrible Experience.

Do not use ParkWhiz to park here…read more On a recent Saturday for a date night, I used ParkWhiz to park here. The parking lot opens the door automatically by scanning your license plate. However, there is no way for you to re-enter the facility other than calling the help desk (which we did while it was pouring raining outside). Once in our car, we AGAIN had to call the parking lot help desk to let us out (and spending even more time explaining that we used ParkWhiz). This whole experience ruined our date night... and it's still not over since I am now getting text messages about some exorbitant late fee. I am disappointed that this parking lot opted to work with ParkWhiz and have ZERO integration with it.

It's pretty big with plenty of open parking spots, nice and quiet, it's heated and only costs $4 for overnight parking anytime after 3pm until 7am. I'm sure the sparsely available metered street parking costs more than parking in this garage. I don't know why anyone would pay for valet parking at Carnivale with this $4 parking lot literally right next door. With dinner reservations, I wasn't sure what to expect for parking in this area, and I was really happy to have found this garage -- my wife and I ended up just leaving our car here all evening and walked around to a few different places, it's a very convenient parking option. Recommended.

My sister from Michigan had to drive 4:45 minutes We drove 2 hours 15 min from Milwaukee. Then a small loop in the loop and nobody was leaving any open spots... not even the tow trucks. I think it's a free for all since I hardly saw any meter maids or parking police. people parked in loading zones and blocking parts of bus stops. Keep your eyes open for a large green P sign and you will spot parking. And since it was the holiday we were not surprised how every spot was full on the way to the highest level. 11th floor! There were a few cars parked terribly but that's not the fault of the parking business. That's carelessness of the driver. Potentially opening a spot for a very tiny subcompact car or possibly a dunker driver could squeeze in. Just be lucky if you see cars centered around an empty spot. 25/2026 Ambiance 5 clearly lit, good security. Luckily we had no damage or break in during our stay. Service 5 it's pretty much self service as you enter and leave If you have any issues press help on the screen and an attendant will help with the process. Even if you use spot hero App for booking a parking spot. Location 5 higher security at night activation of door locks after a certain time just use your ticket barcode to gain access. Value 5 save a few bucks by using a parking app. Just make sure you have it set up ahead for convenience otherwise you'll be using your metered time at the parking rate

On all the signs surrounding the garage, parking for 0-12 hours is advertised to be $16.00. After my show, I scanned my ticket to pay for my parking and the total came out to $46.00!! So obviously, I pushed the button to talk to an employee and ask why my total was so high, and he had no explanation. I talked to a total of 3 workers throughout this night and none of them were any help. They all said there was nothing they could do for me and that their end said my correct total was $46. I AM FUMING!!!! DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!!!
