We stayed in Gen. Corse's Suite which had a super comfortable king size bed, a giant jacuzzi garden tub, heated bathroom tile floor, television, and more. There were so many thoughtful touches, like handcut flowers in a vase, a personalized note from the owner greeting us with our keys, corkscrew, ice bucket, and wine glasses. We had the privilege of speaking with Lynn, the owner, and she was so helpful and friendly. The inn was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything is within convenient driving distance. We will definitely visit again!

The location canNOT be beat - right across from the lake with great access to hiking trails and fishing holes. Even just walking and "setting" along the dam was so nice and breezy. Porch setting with a great view of the lake was relaxing. The beds are comfortable (if a bit high for this 5'3" short-legged lady) and the homemade quiche for breakfast was super creamy, with some berries for extra fiber. The owners served breakfast and though did *NOT* REQUIRE masks for Covid protection, they did wear masks and also showed off their extra-disinfectant machine and other anti-Covid preparations that they were taking. VERY affordable for us ~ $130+taxes and fees for 1 Friday night during Covid, I'm not sure if that was a lower price due to quarantine but it was a definite value from our perspective. I highly recommend this stop to people who want to spend time in Cartersville or at Lake Allatoona or are just passing through and want a non-hotel experience - you will love it!!

Our interaction with Brent and his mom (Miss Mary) were great, and I will say, I think it was an extra treat to experience the hospitality of Miss Mary!! Clearly, Brent didn't fall far from the tree (no pun intended)! We booked the 'Rustic Cabin Suite' which was their lowest price room available at the time, but it was well furnished, comfortable, quiet, and perfect for a place to stay for two. It was quiet, peaceful, and tranquil. Don't forget to take advantage of the Carin winery next door, and I hear (we missed out) the lodge offers an add on steak dinner (plan in advance) that sounds divine, and in that environment, will be on our list for our next visit! The lodge itself is well-appointed with a beautiful seating/gathering/eating area downstairs. Breakfast was great with a menu of French toast and apple bake, sausage, fresh fruit, orange juice and some of the best flavored coffee I've had in a LONG time (bourbon infused pecan). Beautiful grounds, beautiful people (Brent, Miss Mary, and fellow guests) and you can't go wrong with a stay at the beautiful Bent Tree Lodge and Vineyard!!

Retreat to a cozy bed & breakfast nestled in the North Georgia Mountains that offers a hot breakfast and a day exploring wine. The main house/lodge boasts a beautiful living space with towering fireplace, lounge area, and tables for the morning's complimentary hot breakfast. The morning we were there they had a blueberry French toast bake with compote blueberries, a sweet cream cheese icing, and paired with fruit and sausage. I got to see one of the rooms, The Garden room, that has a swing bed outside to take in the winery views! Behind the lodge is the Cairn View Winery, where we stayed above the tasting room in the Gibbs Suite. A large room where you open to an opulent bathroom with two vanities, a large walk-in shower, and the best dual soaker tub for relaxing. But, the centerpiece of the room is the large comfy king bed, floral accent pillow, gorgeous green accent wall and decor! It screams garden. Plus, you can walk out the door and right into the founders and members den to watch the winery action below. The den is decked out in cow patterns, dark leather, and is plush and inviting. Don't forget the snacks! All snacks, cookies, water and soda in the room are complimentary to overnight guests.

The innkeepers greeted its and took us for a tour of the entire property. The immaculately clean home boasts a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, theater room, and a catch and release pond on 19 serene acres off of Sandy Creek Rd. in Fayetteville, GA. I say home because they encourage you to make yourself at home. The hosts were remarkable. Therefore did you all the privacy that you needed, but somehow we needed information they appeared as it by magic. The experience is next level! And they were concerned not only about your experience on the property, they were ready to assist with your experience offsite as well. They had restaurant and activity recommendations to satisfy every taste. Of course you can't talk about a bed and breakfast without talking about the breakfast. OMG!!! Best breakfast ever. Homemade scones with homemade blueberry butter, quiche Lorraine, waffles, and fresh pressed coffee!! I felt like royalty...and don't get me talking about that bacon! I can't stop thinking about it.
